Saturday's ACC Championship Game pits the undefeated Florida State Seminoles against the potential spoiler Louisville Cardinals, and we have you covered with our Louisville vs. Florida State college football player props for Week 14 based on the best college football odds.

A revolving door at quarterback is threatening to keep No. 4 Florida State (12-0) out of the College Football Playoff. Those injuries could cost the Seminoles in Saturday's ACC Championship Game against No. 14 Louisville (10-2).

Two weeks after losing starting quarterback Jordan Travis, who was a contender by our Heisman Trophy odds before suffering a serious leg injury, backup Tate Rodemaker (head) was announced as a game-time decision on Friday, just over 24 hours before Saturday's kickoff.

To accompany our Florida State vs. Louisville prediction and our top player props for Conference Championship Week, here are our best Louisville vs. Florida State college football player props for the ACC Championship Game (college football odds via our best college football betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Louisville vs. Florida State college football player props: ACC Championship

Keon Coleman Under 50.5 receiving yards (-114 via FanDuel

While all of our best sports betting apps have taken down passing props for Florida State given the uncertainty surrounding Rodemaker, FanDuel is still dealing totals for the Seminoles' top receivers as of Friday afternoon. That's music to our ears.

While Coleman has been a scoring machine (11 TDs) all season long, he's struggled to find consistency as a possession receiver even with a healthy quarterback, averaging 48 yards in his final three games before Travis' season-ending injury.

Things have only gotten worse since then. Coleman had three catches for 53 yards in a blowout vs. North Alabama, and he finished with just one catch for 24 yards on five targets in Rodemaker's first start at Florida — even fewer yards than he managed on his lone punt return (34).

Meanwhile, fellow wideout Johnny Wilson led the team in targets last week (10) and the week before (6) and has seemingly established himself as Rodemaker's go-to target. Even that has been mostly empty, with Wilson turning those 16 targets into just 99 yards combined in those two games.

Whether it's Rodemaker or freshman Brock Glenn taking snaps on Saturday, all of Florida State's receivers should take a hit. That's especially true for the deep threat Coleman, who could be in for a long night once again.

Trey Benson to score a touchdown (-158 via FanDuel

While Florida State's QB woes are a clear negative for the team's receivers, it's a potential boon for Benson, who has established himself as the engine for the Seminoles' scoring offense as of late.

In last week's win at Florida — the team's first full game without Travis — Benson enjoyed a season-high 19 carries and rewarded his side with three touchdowns, tied for his most in a game this season. It also extended the junior's TD streak to five games, during which he's reached paydirt a combined nine times (eight rushing, one receiving).

Because Louisville owns one of the better run defenses in the country, we're a little skeptical of Benson surpassing his rushing yards prop total (90.5) at FanDuel, which he's done just three times this season.

That said, he should be good for at least one score on Saturday, and it could be worth a small sprinkle on Benson to score the game's first touchdown (+450) as well as to score two TDs (+330) or three TDs (+1100), all via DraftKings.

Jack Plummer Under 229.5 passing yards (-115 via DraftKings

For all of the injury issues surrounding the Seminoles' offense, their defense remains one of the best units in college football. And Plummer is about to learn that firsthand.

Entering Saturday's ACC title game, Florida State ranks in the top five in opponent passing efficiency (100.32) and the top 10 in passing yards allowed (175.3). It's allowed fewer than 100 passing yards in four of the last six weeks and surrendered 230-plus in just four games all year — including just once since September.

Plummer has hit this mark in three straight games, but none came against a defense as prolific as this one. I'd also expect an inspired effort from the Seminoles' defense given the offensive distress for a team with legitimate national title aspirations.

With Plummer's passing yards total trading a full nine yards lower at FanDuel compared to this total at DraftKings, this feels like a clear outlier on the board in a matchup that heavily favors the 'Noles defense.
