Jaren Kanak Over 53.5 receiving yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

New Oklahoma quarterback (and Heisman Trophy odds contender) John Mateer has done an excellent job spreading the football around, as four different Sooners have 13-plus receptions. One of those players is tight end Jaren Kanak, who ranks third on the team with 14 catches but leads the pack with 245 receiving yards.

Kanak’s per-game yardage totals are 90 against Illinois State, 69 against Michigan, and 86 against Temple. And get this: The 6-foot-2 junior spent his first three seasons at OU on the defensive side of the ball! I don’t see Auburn - which allowed Baylor tight end Michael Trigg to put up 99 yards on seven catches in the season opener, containing Kanak.

Other sportsbooks have this prop as high as 56.5, so if possible, place your action at bet365. The -115 odds equate to a 53.49% win probability, with a winning $10 bet paying $8.70.

John Mateer Over 0.5 interceptions (-105) ⭐⭐⭐

So far, John Mateer has been everything Oklahoma coach Brent Venables had hoped for when he plucked Washington State’s former quarterback out of the transfer portal. Through three games, Mateer has 944 passing yards, 161 rushing yards, and nine total touchdowns (five passing, four rushing).

Now here comes the "but." Mateer has also been picked off in each contest, and this isn’t a new trend. Going back to Week 2 of last season, Mateer has thrown interceptions in nine of 14 games (including four in a row). Granted, Auburn has just one pick so far. But because the Tigers’ rush defense has been so good (10th in the nation), I expect Mateer to put the ball in the air a lot Saturday.

Grab this prop at bet365, where the -105 price carries a 51.22% implied win probability. Bet $10 for a chance to collect $9.52.

Jackson Arnold Under 175.5 passing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐

Auburn quarterback Jackson Arnold has 192 rushing yards and is tied for the team lead with four rushing touchdowns, all on just 35 carries. However, he only has 501 passing yards. And while Arnold has a near 70% completion rate, he’s only thrown 69 passes.

In the season opener against Baylor - by far Auburn’s toughest opponent to date - Arnold had 19 more rushing yards (137) than passing yards (108). Last week, he threw for 142 against South Alabama. Now Arnold returns to Norman to face his former teammates (and coaches) who know him well and who saw him fall short of 175 passing yards in seven of 10 starts last year.

Throw in the fact that the Sooners have the nation’s No. 2-ranked pass defense, and this is a no-brainer play at BetMGM (-115 odds). The implied win probability is 53.49%, with a successful $10 bet paying $8.70.
