FIFA has agreed to a multi-year partnership with ADI Predictstreet, naming it the governing body's first Official Partner in the prediction market category, as preparations continue for the expanded FIFA World Cup 2026.

The deal places ADI Predictstreet at the center of a new fan-facing forecasting layer tied to the tournament, which will feature 48 teams and 104 matches across 16 host cities in the US, Canada, and Mexico. FIFA aims for a universal market numbering in the billions, and the deal reflects the intention to promote interactive features based on FIFA’s official data.

Under the agreement, ADI Predictstreet will provide prediction features that enable users to predict match scores, individual performance statistics, and competition outcomes using FIFA’s historical datasets. It will also be used by FIFA for its free-to-play tournament bracket-prediction challenge, in which users predict the entire tournament path.

There will also be measures implemented in accordance with FIFA’s integrity frameworks. ADI Predictstreet assured the organization that it would provide live trading reports to identify unusual patterns. The company also indicated that its broader technology could extend beyond sport into sectors such as finance and global events, similar to other prediction market apps, though its initial deployment will remain focused on soccer.

“FIFA is committed to continually enhancing the fan experience and embracing innovation that brings supporters closer to the game,” said FIFA President Gianni Infantino. “By partnering with FIFA, ADI Predictstreet will be introducing an exciting new way for fans around the world to engage with football, using insight and interaction to deepen their connection with our competitions.”

FIFA deepens betting data ties

The ADI Predictstreet deal follows FIFA's January agreement with Stats Perform, which was appointed as the governing body's official betting data and streaming rights distributor.

That multi-year arrangement covers a wide range of competitions, including all matches at the 2026 World Cup and events such as the FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027, as well as multiple youth and futsal tournaments through 2029.

Stats Perform secured exclusive rights to distribute official betting data and selected live streams to licensed operators. Its RunningBall division will handle ultrafast data collection and distribution for trading and in-play use, while its Opta unit will supply player statistics and match insights.

The company will also provide live match streams through its Bet LiveStreams service in certain territories.

“We are delighted to partner with Stats Perform, a global leader in sports data. This innovative partnership will create great opportunities to deliver official products for the benefit of the game and its fans,” said Romy Gai, Chief Business Officer of FIFA.

The agreement also includes integrity support, with Stats Perform assisting FIFA in monitoring content linked to member association competitions available on FIFA+.
