***Again, I hit ALL of my parlays last night (5-0). That brings my parlay total to 14-0!!! But the straights are really frustrating me. I feel like I am taking some good plays, but the players are just not showing up to even play half of a damn match! It is nice to have another winning day from an average 6-4 night, but these straights are gonna start to hit for me (I have a feeling). I do play a lot more money on the parlays, if I can get the straights to turn out for me, then I can start to have some BIG winning days. Again, I think I made over $200 again last night, so I'm not upset. Just really frustrated bec it could of been another big win day. Congrats to anyone who tailed, again

I was just starting to look at the lines for tonight. I should have my plays up right at 4pm CST, about 2 hours before the matches go up. Just so you know. I finish my next lesson around 3pm, so I will have an hour to post before I go back for the night to finishing teaching.

Looking at the Ram match, it really depends on how Ram serves. His games REALLY revolves around his serve. When he lost to Sela in India to start this year, he had a terrible serving day. Only 2 aces and only 55% on first serves. He lost 4&1. But, he is serving a LOT better in this tment! He got thru qualifying, so he has played 3 extra matches. BUT, he knows how good Cilic is and this is a match where he can leave everything he has left on the court. He had around 30 aces in qualifying & 11 aces to 1 double in his match with GGL yesterday. What is more imp is that he served his firsts around 70%, which tells me he is feeling the serve. IF he serves well tonight, Cilic will prob win a set or two in a breaker. I could not see Ram serving well and losing bad. If his serves fall off, it Cilic could cover the 8 games. But I think Ram will serve well tonight, lose in 3 or 4 sets and most likely COVER the 8 games. He would have to lose 3,3,3 or 2,4,3 and I don't think that will happen. He should hang in there for prob two sets tonight and that should get the cover. Cilic is playing just ok I think. He struggled the first two sets with Matosevic and Mato hit over 40 errors that match!!! Mato's serve is NO where near Ram's when it is clicking!! Cilic got the third easy 6-2, but I think he has to work hard tonight to beat a tricky, crafty, never say die Ram. Besides, Cilic served only over 50% for his firsts. Although Ram is not a good returner, if Cilic has to work harder to hold HIS serve, than that should allow Ram to hold his serve a bit easier bec Cilic could spend alot of energy covering his own games. Just my opinion. But I think I might take Ram +8 games tonight.......

Davy plains scares the CRAP out of me. When he is taking that ball SUPER early, he can be deadly!! We saw that when he destroyed Ferrer a week or so ago. BUT, this is Federer we are talking about. I think Davy will try to do way too much in this match tonight and if his timing is not PERFECT, he should get beat down by Fed. Davy does not have a big serve, so Fed will be looking to break on every service game he serves. And we all know, if Fed is serving good, then Davy will have no chance to break him (maybe just a look or two the entire night). If Fed wins in straights, I think he covers this 7.5 games. If Davy can sneak a set out, he covers. I honestly think that is how it goes. I can't see a 5 setter and I can't see Davy knocking off Fed. Don't forget that Davy had to save 16 out of 19 break points against Garcia Lopez!!! NO way Fed lets him get away with that. If Fed has a third of those chances to break, he probably gets most of them. I will not touch Davy in this spot, I just can't trust him and I think Fed has way too much firepower. Davy would have to be dead on tonight to cover IMO. Otherwise, look for Fed to cruise in 3 sets....

Sorry if anyone was looking for my picks. I was about to finish up my combos & my neighbor knocked on my door. His wife fell & she has Stage 4 Brain Cancer. It is a heartbreaking situation. They just got back from Radiation & she fell getting out of the car. I just got back from helping, took about an hour to do what we needed to do to get her upstairs. One thing we should ALL be thankful for............our health! Even when a pick doesn't go our way, or something makes us upset, we hopefully have another day to enjoy and to be in this wonderful world that God has given us

Been an USPTA instructor for about 14 years, seems like I just started not long ago.............wow! I play ALOT of tennis & play alot of tment in the USTA Texas section. I work hard on my game, my fitness, running, hitting the gym and practicing. I just got done hitting earlier with a kid who is a GOOD friend of mine & he is going to LSU on a freaking full ride to play for them! I am so proud of my bud. He works 10x harder than I do!! Lets just say, I can't leave any balls hanging in the middle of the court. LOL!!! If I do, there goes the forehand, I have no chance, LOL!! I played him tough today, I almost got the first set, ARG!!! He beat me pretty good in the second, although we had some awesome points!


And mvanja, good feedback on the Berankis info! I had NO clue that he thinks his "return" of serve is his weapon! Interesting, hmmmmm...........top 5?? I can think of 5 players who most DEF return better than he does. But if he really thinks he is in that class, the confidence is great!!! He def has a chance this match, its just Mayer F is so damn unpredictable to me.

***WOW!!! What can I say??? I hit ALL my big plays again last night (my parlays) for 5-0!!! That brings my BIG PLAY totals (my parlays) to a SICK 19-0!!!! Still pissing me off is the little straight plays I throw down for 50 each. I had TWO push last night for me, that easily could of been winners. Then I had Rosol NOT show up last night & he served like crap for two of those sets, so that got me for 2 of those plays. I won 1 of them, so I lost only a small amount on the straights, but cleaned up on the big plays again!! So I think we had a profit yesterday around $450 to $500!! This STILL could of been better if we got one or two of those pushes to go our way! I still think I have the potential to hit that monster day and net a 6-7 unit day, hopefully that will be tonight Congrats to anyone who tailed my plays last night, I knew it was just a matter of time to hit that $400 to $500 winning night. Hahaha!!! Nice one mvanja! I was talking to a good friend about you actually between matches bec he was talking about Croatia. I think you were from Croatia, right??? And no, you can't find my matches on Pinnacle!! That was funny. I play 4.5 or 5.0 tournaments in Texas. The level is solid, but no tvs, reporters, money, LOL!! I am playing a 4.5 doubles tournament in Austin with my little brother. TONS of fun. We won this morning 4&1 Next match in about 2 hours. Hope we keep it rolling!!!

Hey One2!!! Thanks for the post! And yea, that stinks you can't do Money Line parlays. You should change books if you can man. I go with Bookmaker and 5Dimes. Two best in US I think. They went up 15 mins before the 6pm CST matches. I had no time to do my usual research. I made my freaking plays from the table at the restaurant and the bathroom with my iphone. Needless to say, a 2-3 night last evening ticked me off!!! I probably should of not made any plays without having time to relax and check my info. IF you tailed, sorry, think I lost about 150 range. Yea, ur right, I'm from Croatia... nice country but miles from any significant action, I only wish I was living closer to U to be able to watch NFL, NBA, NHL NCAAF and so on.... I hope everyone is doing really well! I have 30 mins in the hotel room right now. I have another match in one hour, so I am going to work quick. I am going to update two days ago right now and last nights plays. I rushed the plays last night and it showed. I think I went 2-3 and lost around 150. I was NOT happy to say the least. It was my first losing night since back capping the tennis. I will have my plays up really soon here if I can. And I hope ev1 the Best of Luck, always
