Using Bookmaker odds, Masarova is at +197 against Sakkari, Sherif is at +271 against Garcia, yet the game spread is the same (4) for both games. Why?

guessing it’s market driven by bets or I guess its just the book taking a stand on if this player loses must be more likely to get blown out? I’m not totally sure but I feel like I’m seeing more and more of that. Especially different +/- game numbers at different sites. Tennis prices seem to be varying a lot from book to book recently.

Definitely a good angle coming off a major upset vs Carlos. Coric will definitely be a tough task here but at a +200 price I think it’s definitely worth a play albeit small but I’m going to ride the wave here and hole for the best!

Karatsev blows two set points and then lays down. So incredibly sick! Then Paul over loses. And not to mention I fired a max bet on Tsurenko after first game live and to win 2 sets to 0 and Davis quits!! Frustrating day.

For those asking about the stephens play. I would still play it at +300 or better but the bigger wager is on the +5.5 games. But be sure to shop around I still see +400 out there. And the games is +5.5 -115 now. I don’t get this line. I mean Sablenka is definitely the favorite here but this is some disrespect towards Sloane experience in my opinion. Sloan has never beaten Sablenka but all matches have been hardcourt and they were all very competitive. Sablenka has been rolling of course and wins this more often than not but I think this will be much closer than the market is predicting. And I do think +5.5 games is a very strong edge. Again it’s one match just bc I wrote something up doesn’t mean over bet it or play more on it than normal I simply had a little more time this morning and rambled for a bit. But all my plays are all researched and the variances in one single tennis match can result in anything happening — see medvedev/sinner and company on the men’s side.

also I have people sometimes come at me lately saying that you made a terrible pick or you made bad play. Yes I do have bad reads and sometimes horrific handicaps that simply don’t come to fruition. I try to do the best I can. I don’t charge and have won almost every year in multiple sports like tennis and baseball. And have had monster win totals wise in mlb and hockey and college football.

I know we live in a day where no one on Twitter ever loses and everyone hits 70% winners all day every day. If that was the case no books would be taking bets bc they would be bankrupt. If you are an incredible sports bettor you will win about 53%- 55% of the time. Which means you are still losing about 45 times in every 100 plays.

there are times to increase wager size based on edge but never ever ever should you overbet your bankroll. (Unless mayweather is boxing against Connor mcgregor of course). Stick to the numbers, stay calm especially after losing days and grind out profitable days and it will add up no matter your unit size etc. sports betting is beatable but it isn’t easy trust me took me a lot of losing and bad wagers to learn that.
