Wawrinka 34.0

Since its a guarantee one of them will make the semifinal, simply hedge on the opponent to get your money back.

The only risk is if whoever makes it to the semis upsets their opponent. Then its a double hedge, but with these odds I still think its beatable.

I think you can save your money on Wawa futures. It will be either Ferrer or Berdych in the semis: both of them are pretty good at the O2. Berdy has not lost to any non-top-4 player there in his three tries. Ferrer has been to the semis I think. Still, even then whoever of those two (three) makes it to the semis, he will be a ~+400 dog against Djoker so hedging does not appear to be very profitable. Of course there is a chance Nadal does not finish first (or even second) in his group, but I think it is pretty a remote probability. What is the situation in the race to finish first for the year ? Has Nadal already guaranteed that spot ? Has anybody seen a good article about the upcoming O2 ?

Thought about it some more and I wont be making the futures bets. Now if there was a bet that Gasquet will go 0-3 I would bet on that.

Nadal needs to win one match or Djoker needs to lose one match for Nadal to take the 1st place for the year. Nadal by the way has been in the finals only once out of 5 tries and has never won it. I think it will be between Djoker/JMDP/Federer; too bad they are all in the same group. In the other group, I think Ferrer or Berdych have a chance to win it; Nadal appears to be running on fumes.
