Tough match to call. Gun to my head, I would say Haas just because of the home crowd advantage and motivation. Still, Fognini has been lights out lately. This will be his toughest match and biggest win of his current 7 match win streak. Might be a tough hard fought three setter with Haas coming out on top towards the end. I've got Haas in a couple of parlays but dont feel confident about it.

Leaning Haas, although the revenge factor seems overvalued to me. I believe Fognini should be the favorite based on the combination of his excellent form and last week's beatdown of Haas in Stuttgart.

The somewhat fishy price pushes me farther toward Haas, although I imagine if a dog is going to bark today in Germany, it will be The Fogger.

Did anyone actually see the Haas match in Stuttgart vs FABio? I find it somewhat suspicious he lost in the 2nd round last year and in his 2nd match as well this year. Does he place more importance on Hamburg or maybe it's just coincidental.

A desire for revenge isn't doing much for Haas. In fact, it's a clear positive having beaten Haas so decisively just the other week. Why do you think the odds look the way they do? Consider the circumstances people...

That said, i find minimal value in Haas ML. As well as Fognini has been playing, Haas is the superior and above all more stable player (this year at least). He's also at home being a massive crowd favorite and mind you played an unusually poor match in Stuttgart.

Also, Mayer just might make it to the semis. ML is too expensive though.

Price isn't really fishy. Books don't generally over react to a 1st meeting win for players fairly close in the rankings, unless the favorite frog stomps the dog. Considering the form of both on the surface this season and Haas success in Hamburg, price is fair.

Good point, EP. I didn't think too much about it being their first meeting last week, but that helps set me straight on the prices that are on the board.
