today i look they change my request date and told me to wait 36 hours

now they are telling me to wait til monday because they dont do payout on saturday or sunday lol
i mean even with a book-to-book request it has been 12 hours still nothing
if i can get my money i will be withdraw all of my money and taking it to another book

i deposit via express money payment which is a third party and i was told i would not have to fax my paperwork because its thorugh express money payment but i know the next step in delaying my payout will be can you please fax us you DL and utility bill then i fax it ohh its blurry an you refax it again oh sorry it is now pass 5pm and the review department is closed please check back tomorrow and this will go on and on.

its not like im a big winner i made 2 deposits one for 300 and another for 500 i have 1,000 in my account didnt take any bs bonus they offered these guys are the worst. at BetPhoenix i request before noon get it same day around 6 same went for the greek and betj. i should of chose heritage instead of this slow pay book

i needed this money to take of my person stuff its so easy to deposit but never easy to withdraw i do not recommend this book they have the worst customer service and will do anything to hold on to your money hoping you bet and lose it all before you can withdraw

OP u will get your $ they wont steal your $. Ive had multiple payouts from them and they always paid me. Just send in all your documents as they want everything and its much easier and efficient to scan and email all your documents. But after that is done your good to go no more problems and they say upto 36 hours but its faster.

I have been waiting for a payout for much longer than 36 hours. All my documents were completed well in advance.

You getting paid efficiently does not make that the case for everyone else.

The original poster made two deposits to his BetOnline account, one on September 17th & one on September 19th --- both using his CC. What's being protested is a totally standard procedure, even if you get a refund from a store they're going to need to see a copy of your CC.

As mentioned via email, he's going to have to produce the copy of the cards used prior to taking a withdrawal.

I used express money payment which is a gift card processor and has nothing to do with betonline CC deposit option

here is a quote from another poster on covers that has also used it

You used a CC to facilitate both deposits to your acct. You have to provide a copy of the card used along with ID to clear your account for withdrawals. If the card's in your possession, the only one delaying the withdrawal is you bud.

After considerable delay I finally got my mid four figures payout to mb. Alex seems to be helpful and willing to give SBR posters some assistance. Unfortunately it seems several of the processes at betonline are very unorganized and illogical making it quite difficult to get things done smoothly or efficiently (for example, do you really need a "freeplay" department and a "rollover" department)

So basically my moneys out, after a bit of a struggle, but until there are some serious changes, I will not be back.

To avoid delays, whenever you make a deposit fax all of your documents at that time. When I sent a deposit to BOL I asked what documents they would need to process a withdrawal down the road. They told me the 3 documents to fax and I faxed them right after i made a deposit. When it was time to withdrwaw it took only 1 day for a PtoP transfer.....don't be lazy- send your documents well before you request a withdrawal. Pretty simple stuff here guys. BOL pays- have not heard 1 person not paid.

Dumb group think on SBR? If you don't like it stay away. People here try to give practical, helpful information. No one is over defending the books (except the occasional Schill)......The reality is that people shouldn't bash a book when there is a slight delay- especially because half the complaint are total BS and the result of people being lazy. Like I said above, I always fax required documents during my time of deposit and have never had a problem (with BOL or any other book).
