Hmmm, Heritage is NOW, overrated, like I have said before!
They treat you like royalty "because" they love your money, not you , you gullibles.
And now, they have changed for the worst on top of all that bs.
I am saying "they" are no different than any other Book that kisses your behind.
The one difference is those 7cent lines, and if you are a veteran player like me, you have noticed that those lines, now, are dancing more than the "Dancing Stars" tv show?
The con:
That ad proclaiming "Get out of your bet at Halftime" is probably, a 50% deceiving enticement for young and dumber players that read that banner ad, and are now willing to join after seeing that ad alone!
The big
is:
They give you ONE choice for your bet! Their choice of One game every two weeks, I believe, and ONE straight LINE WAGER only!
So, in reality, you either take the dog or the favorite, nothing else is available.
Not bad, but I find that ad a bit too deceiving, especially for young, anxious players that jump into the water only to find it's deeper than you thought.
Yes, they show the rules on this "special" wager. But that too is a bit suspect, also.
The first line of the rule read "straight wagers only!" Only the the next line shows you the rules that really hit home.
Their customer service:
I had a major run-in with one of their, only a depositing agent, I thought?
This guy I'll call M, M for a reason, was a horses-ass to me.
He will lie and try to deny it, I would bet? And, yes, there have been a few SBR members that will, and have taken his side!
Hah!
I was the victim. I was the client. I was the truthful witness.
The member fan's that did support him, in my mind, are under suspicion of being "helpers" of Heritage. Meaning, there's some financial aid , most likely, coming their way, such as recommending new clients to Heritage?
So chances are, they are blinded by prejudices, or just plain bs'ers!
This guy should have been fired! I would have fired him on the spot if I was his boss and had witnessed the conversation. And yes, I did report him to his superior. A man named Eddy.
Want to bet he's still employed there, and lied about the rift between him and I?
That's it folks. Just letting off some honest steam and telling you that Heritage is very close to being just another "typical" Book. Some enticements, but not great ones! {My opinion!}
