or some other non-paying sites

I also saw that diamond and bookmaker have
gaming clients you can download
which bypasses the web site and logs on
directly to their server.
Just like the poker sites had this and when the US seized
the domains you could still log on and play in the US.

EXACTLY this. Channelsurfing.com also. The simple solution, that all US facing books will have to do, is use .eu, .ag, .cr or something like that. These are just domain names being seized, web pages, not the business. All the .com web pages that are being seized will just have to re register bypassing any US .com, .net. .org, etc. sad that these Homeland Security guys can't find anything better to do than just inconvenience people watching sports on the Internet,, or betting on a basketball game. But that's all it is, an inconvenience. New domain name and it's business as usual.
