Today I have received a mail from Miss Cathy Jones (IAS client services). Please read.
I have checked account. They adjusted bonus from my account. I have already made €5944 rollover ( 40% required rollover), betting mostly on soccer AHC ( Italy and MLS) and MLB. No abnormal lines, no mistakes - odds not much higher than average market. Here is full history of my accout.I would like to communicate you that after thorough analysis of your account, management has decided that you did not use the bonus granted as part of the Moneybookers 50% Promotion for recreational means.
In accordance to our rules in regards to Bonuses, Promotions and Free Plays specifically, bonuses are intended for recreational players only, professional players, syndicates, or players deemed by Instant Action Sports’ Management to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have their bonuses, and the winnings from these bonuses, revoked at discretion.
In your case, we have decided that the bonus received will be revoked. In detail the bonus amount that will be revoked is €500, at the moment you have a current balance of €3453. Please contact our client services department for further information.
In my opinion - it is ridiculous. They have offer a bonus with really huge rollover, so everyone who made €15000 rollover are risking to not be a recreational player! . If you lost your money - exelent! you are recreational player, you are welcome for next promotion! If you get some winnings, IAS can revoke a bonus, or even a winnings. It is scam sportbook.
What is your suggestion to do? I have read this topic, and I am really concerned with my money. Now IAS has "only" stolen bonus from my account - €500 not small money, but my accout balance is much higher.

They're on the freeroll plan. If a player is winning, now they just steal the entire bonus before rollover is fully met (they only promised not to steal it AFTER rollover was met, right???). The only time they "pay" the bonus is when the player has already lost it to them- and if the player goes busto (including bonus), redeposits, and then wins before hitting rollover, they'll probably steal it back anyway.
Good luck getting them to agree to prorate bonuses and to never steal/prorate one after an account busted the bonus.Comment -

I got a payout from IAS about 2 weeks ago of just under $3000. Payout was quick but stiff w/d fee of $60Comment -
Bill my suggestion to negotiate with IAs is:
- credit accounts with part od bonus, percentaged to finished rollover
- allow to withdrawn all account balance immediately
- close accounts "non recreational" players and say goodbye
Finishing rollover now to get all bonus is too risky. There are no guarantee to respect our winnings, so any bonus is not worth to continue play in this poor sportbook.
Yesterday I asked IAS support who is recreational in his opinion
So using betbrain to compare odds, for IAS it is bonus abusing.

The book has scared the players by confiscating winnings and is now hoping the players will be grateful when they just confiscate a legitimately earned bonus.

It seems all the people who had winning bets and bonuses canceled after finishing their rolls requested a withdrawal and found they had a complaint when it was refused. Those players are now cashing out in full.
Since, it looks like IAS is pursuing bonus funds where the roll-overs aren't finished. Obviously seeking out winning accounts and canceling the promo that the player invested in is not fair and we will discuss with IAS further.Comment -
I spoke with IAS Fred. The players that have not completed the rollover will be prorated the cash bonus. So, a guy who completed half the rollover on a $50 bonus would receive $25.
It may be taken care of now, but these additional players are welcome to email IAS and CC Help@Sportsbookreview.com. Please put your account ID in the subject field along with the the text "prorate bonus".Comment -
