yes at this present moment easystreet and Rx have been properly served . they have a certain amount of days to contact my attorney. Because they state that that is how they address issues, ie the rxforum, plus they costa rica is a signatory to the NY convention making them subject to it. Plus by taking this course and demanding this, their failure to participate can give a local court jurisdiction over the judgment making it possible to attach assets in Costa Rica and the US.
