Common sense Cory obviously cheated was not good enough for Justin against non SBR affiliated book EZstreet, instead Justin required them to prove 100% beyond a doubt that Cory used a bot.

Common sense that Cory cheated Heritage was good enough with Justin to justify Heritage stiffing the player with no proof at all that Cory controlled the account and basically justified confiscation of her funds because she is related to Cory.

You grossly misstated my position in both cases: In the Heritage case, I felt the return of ONLY the net deposits was fair (not your 99% freeroll proposal to return his last $200 deposit only---really?????). My problem was with Justin 7 deciding a case with an obvious conflict of interest present.

In this EZ matter, I agree Cory should have been in full. However, I disagree vehemently with the agenda driven platform you allowed in this POS thread. No other thread in the history of SBR was permitted this much latitude, where a "victim" can use your forum to spout half truths and outright lies about a (non-sponsor) Book.

Speaking of EZ, we find out today that YOU fronted the money for Cory's lawyer in his lawsuit against this Book. That goes a long way in explaining why you let the spamfest persist so painfully long, even reopening this garbage thread recently. So instead of distorting my opinions on both cases, why not explain your motive for fronting Cory $3000 for the (non-sponsor) EZ suit, while voting for a 99% stiff job against him in the current (sponsor) Heritage case.
