Excellent! Will you post the complaint here, once its filed and therefore part of the public record? This would make for lots of posting and negative press for EZ! It would also give you (I think) a legit reason to start another thread on the topic of the lawsuit. I bet you'd get 100 replies to such a thread (i.e., containing the complaint).

Whatever happens, I hope you force them to pay you, or drive them out of business.

BigFish: I respect your opinion regarding what you hope happens. However, why would you possibly want another thread with the topic of this book? Clearly those that will want to play there will do so. Those that hate the book will never visit the website. To try to encourage Cory to continue to litter this forum with more threads that are supposed to be "Breaking news" is not being responsible. Cory has given nothing back to this community and has shown numerous times he does not care about those that support him or not or even give him constructive criticism.

In the end I am sure Cory realizes he won't be paid, he is trying to do whatever he can to stay relevant. I get that and understand that but this industry will keep moving on, new issues will arise daily and sportsbooks will come and go. Having some resident in the southeastern United States claiming to file a lawsuit against a multi-million dollar company (m.g.), an offshore sportsbook and a posting forum... really? According to your other post in your other thread. I should contact all parties involved and they should know about it. I was just wondering how they would know about "The Lawsuit" if nothing has been filed?

I really don't like to bash or insult people and won't throw insults your way. You often times say "I don't care what anyone says or thinks or believes or doesn't." So why post a lawsuit? Why are you defensive about posting a piece of paper that is public information?

Do you see why I think it is fake? If it were all real you would not have posted a thread with 3 sentences saying "I am filing a lawsuit against m.g.,rx, Easystreet". You would not deflect all questions and frankly I think most people at this point would post factual information. You spam the forum 10-15 times a day.. I get that. You throw insults at people often times.. I get that too. I even can understand and appreciate your defensive nature in your posts. But at the very least Cory throw something believable out there. I may have believed you had you not said "My lawyer advised me to continue posting".

The only reason I even posted today was just to encourage you to just keep the spam tactic. Throwing some meaningless post about lawyer nonsense that anyone can spend about 10 minutes and google to verify in Florida courts or even spend 20 minutes and call the administrator of the courts in a certain county in Florida and mention your name would be able to call bullshit. If it was not bullshit you would have posted what anyone could obtain anyways verifying a lawsuit was going to take place. To this industry you are a fly on the wall... like the majority of us who post here (including myself). In 4 months neither you nor Easystreet has posted any actual "proof" regarding any statements made.. so what has changed? Why would a lawsuit be believable now?

I thought you didn't care or didn't have anything to prove to anyone? How could a lawsuit be verified? Honestly Cory nobody here cares if I post daily, weekly or never again and I can assure you that nobody cares if you post here anymore or not. I am not trying to hammer you down or get you to stop posting, I am just simply stating that as of right now neither you nor Easystreet has posted any facts to back up statements made. One could even say Easystreet has technically posted more "facts" than you by posting part of casino logs.

SBR is a great community and the main reason I even glance at this thread is because it is a damn shame that in the time you have been here you have not given 1 thing back to a community that gave you quite a bit more than maybe they should have.

1. Justin investigated your case thoroughly and made a video.
2. SBR took time to interview you and make another video.
3. They have allowed you to spam daily, most people have threads moved or deleted for spam.
4. Members have supported you and provided you with words of encouragement which were met with hollow and sarcastic responses.
5. Your case was presented on the front page of a site that generates millions? (more or less?) of hits a month.
6. Moderators have given out dozens of infractions to people who made questionable statements regarding you or even posted information that was public information.

These are just a few obvious things that this community has given you. What have you given back to it? Have you taken the time to perhaps make a 200.00 deposit and become a pro member? Ever visit a thread non-easystreet related to make a post? Have you ever formally thanked the moderators?

Post or don't post. But please don't insult this community by throwing out statements that hold as much weight as me saying "Easystreet is an A+ shop". The day you post verifiable information regarding your lawsuit (I am in FL by the way) I will quit posting myself.
