They were a bit perterbed that SBR reps called on my behalf! Thanks guys!!! They are still claiming I "conveniently" lost it in one sitting; a sitting they couldn't provide details on. Fishy - I think so. But seriously - the whole balance?!?!? I hope everyone pulls their money out and finds a better betting site. They COULD NOT and DID NOT provide me with any details of my "so-called" casino losses: no documentation, no tech trail, no wagered amounts, no time of day played, NOTHING!!! They're full of it. Put me on a conference call with them and anyone and you'll hear them give me the run around as they pocket the $7k owed to me.

Remember, as I went to Wal-Mart to pick up the money, I spoked to what sounded like a jamaican female rep, who confirms my balance is $7k and by the time i get home, it says $0!! Wagerweb, show me the details of where I lost my money the day before or whenever you claim, yet the phone call with the rep states otherwise. If you record all conversations, you'll see that what I am saying is true!

WagerWeb is NOT owning up! I would love for SBR to take up the issue on my behalf! I'll split whatever they collect with the forum to build a better site and promote the hell out of this site to see that WagerWeb doesn't honor it's obligations and finds some lame excuse to NOT pay.

They paid me $1k, the $3k, then wiped out $7k. Maybe there were afraid I was going to request $5k next, which i was going to do! That's funny - when I lose it's theirs and when I win, it's STILL theirs!
robmpink, you're welcome to inquire whatever you want to get details from wagerweb. I invite anyone to do it and get to the bottom of it. I'll split half of whatever is recovered.

WAGERWEB OWES ME $7k!!! I don't have a way to sue or collect my money from them, but i'll be sure to spread the word that they are a joke of a company and don't pay out what they owe.

PS - robmpink, you just lost the kidney you wagered, unless them telling me whatever bullshit they could come up with is what you consider a valid reason. But i'm not an ass, i won't collect on that one

I lost a kidney? Sure boss, whatever you say. I find it hard to believe that you requested the casino log of the so-called losses and never received it. The book is rated B- or B. Why would they just steal your funds, suffer backlash here for doing it, and have their rating free fall over $7,000? Maybe it sounds like the book caught on to your " I didn't lose it in the casino" gig. Next time try harder.

Shark - Sorry about that. When i first signed up for SBR (best sports forum out here!) i just wanted to get the word out so no one else had to go through what i did with wagerweb and I didn't turn on accept PM. I did; so feel free to write me back.
But more importantly - thanks for helping.

And thanks to all those that are trying to assist also. You will all discover in the end that I was WRONGED by WagerWeb!

robmpink- i mean no disrespect when I say this, but you don't even know me?!?
I've already said they've paid out $4k. I just want what's due to me. For you to insinuate that i'm making up "I didn't lose it in the casino" reason is ridiculous and insulting. I've stated nothing but fact. And furthermore, why would I spend this time posting and responding on SBR if nothing would come of it. Dude, don't come down on me with false accusations if you're siding with Wagerweb! Seriously though, what recourse do I have against them to satisfy my demands for proper documentation of my losses? They're an offshore sportsbook!
Like i said if SBR can push it further to investigate and listen to the phone logs of my situation, you'll see you're in the wrong for accusing me.

I hope SBR can further investigate and put all this to rest and show that I was wronged by WagerWeb.

            Dallasja,

Read my opinion on this. It doesn't matter if it was you or someone else. Someone used your account and lost the balance in the casino. SBR looked at this very closely, and Wager web acted properly.

Did you not read the other post about your dispute? It seems to me that SBR received the play logs, phone logs, and other info. Their conclusion is WW did nothing wrong and you provided false info in some way (don't know what it is, but they do).
Who knows why you are doing it? Maybe you told your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend about the $$ coming in and you then blew it. When they asked about the $$$, you came up with this in hopes they would believe you didn't blow it all.
Why is it that you seem unclear as to why the funds are "gone"? SBR seemed to make a rather quick choice as to fact or fiction. I'm rather new here and prior to this got the feeling SBR really didn't agree with WW decisions in the past regarding claims. There doesn't seem to be any doubt here.

I'm wondering to if the casino logs show him losing $7,000 in the "30 minutes it took him to leave work and pick up the money" or the casino play was longer then 30 minutes.
