I wrote this:

Hello, my name is Christian XXXXX and I'm writing from Italy.
I'm writing in order to report an internet fraud that me and at least other 20 peoples have been victims. The site is Bestake.com, and seems to have a gambling license of Costa Rica.

I don't know if this is the right place to make complaints, here in Italy there is an organization, a police that is only Internet crimes related. May be there's something similar in Costa Rica.
May be you can address me and all the victims to the write place to contact online, trying to stop the thieves that robbed us for hundred of thousands dollars.

Hi Berbbi. +(506)-8889-2808 This is the phone number of Bestake. Since you are Spanish you can talk to them easily, they speak Spanish only. We tried to call them and Spanish man talked to me, but I do not speak Spanish only English. Please try and let me know.

That email adress you are writing to belongs to the public relations department of Nicaragua, not Costa Rica, mate.

In German forums they say this guys moneybookers is v.zaslavski@bestake.com. Maybe you better write moneybookers to freeze that account...

This is the official site of House President in Costa Rica. Maybe this is the solution for our problem.
People, we should contact FBI directly, maybe they have an office in Costa Rica.

May be all of you should alert thier own embassy in Costa Rica. We should try to activate local police that worries about Internet Crimes (hoping there's one).

hi, i´m from colombia, i´ve lost any money too, from this page, it no was so much, just 200 Euros, but i was starting the betting world, with a low amount, i´ll try to call them and ask something about this rule that nobody have known, because we speak spanish here.

Just we have to follow them, and report this spam.

Magonar - that would be great if you could do that.

It seems like it is nothing more than an outright scam. How do top odds comparison websites like Betbrain.com promote such a scam outfit?

I'm sorry that you are having problems with this book. This looks very bad. When a book resorts to these kinds of tactics, it usually means they are broke. This kind of problem is often preceded by them taking big position against an underdog, as they did against Switzerland.
I am going to try to contact them... But this does not look good. When I know more, I will advise you.
