    Attention: Heritage Insider

    Can you get your belt out and ask your IT department to reverse the website's GUI back to the original?

    1)Where's my mobile version?
    2)Why showing eliminated in the Survivor contest when people picked Washington? Find root cause, then corrective action.
    3) Fix your credit card link. Clients having issues and complaining about it. Find root cause, then corrective action.
    4) Re-train your CS department on answering client's questions, and stop assuming and blaming customer when issue arises. Find root cause, then corrective action.
    5) Re-train your wager department to not grade the wagers wrong. Find root cause, then corrective action.
    6) Find out the root cause why most of the customers can't get out of bet on last Friday's game between Illinois vs Kansas. Then implement corrective action.

    Great start. I got fukked by the GOHT offer (#6)--first time this ever happened. All of sudden I'm a pro and wasn't allowed to get out of my Illinois bet. Spent a 1/2 hour on chat trying to get them to honor their offer. Still pissed about this. Moving on, let me add a few more:

    (7) Bring back the check option for payouts.

    (8) Add more crypto payout options like litecoin. Hell, it's 2023 and you only offer Bitcoin. Follow the lead of the BOL and Bookmaker family of Books and offer more crypto options.

    Our software upgrade was to improve upon an outdated and unsupported software. The prior software was built on old technology and didn't allow for the type of development and product offerings that we deem important.

    We're confident that over time customers will embrace the user experience and any inconveniences or issues will be in the rear view mirror.

    The 2nd halfs are part of the Live Betting for now. We adjusted the main lines for 2nd halfs to match what was previously offered. If you are betting alternative 2nd halfs, then the applicable juice may apply.

    Hope you go back to the old 2nd hf lines. I just want to bet into normal juice 2nd hf, -110/-110, -120/Ev, etc.

    Litecoin is "lite years" faster, and cheaper. Why they're stuck on btc only is beyond me.

    live parlays with alt markets and 2nd halves are difficult to find place esp with the frequent odds updates...Need option for the old site unitl yall get this new site fixed TBH
