          1. Any timeframe on when if-bets or leverage plays will be available?

          2. Do we need to manually request bonus on Bitcoin deposits? Seems like that is the drill now.

          3. Is it now a 5x rollover on Bitcoin deposit bonuses, now? Used to be 1x

          The site upgrade has been a serious downgrade.

              Heritage Insider, when will Action Reverse be back at Heritage Sports Book? It's one of the reasons I joined Heritage.It's an important feature to me.

                      Having an issue with my betting limits being adjusted after the site changed. Can't MSG directly since I don't have 40 posts yet. Can you message me or provide alternative contact info so that I could provide you my account number so that you can look into.

                              It's back up. It was delayed for 36 hrs it seems like. Anyone getting the annoying pop up logging you off or error window? However instead of clicking on ok you click on the x to close the window. Super annoying!

                                please bring back college hockey lines. very disappointed to not see any available this past weekend.

                                also would be nice to be able to call customer service again. much more helpful than chat.

                                  Additionally, does this mean I can no longer take advantage of promotions like the "get out of your bet at the half" promo and others?

                                          When it wasn't working on Saturday, I waited till the next day to live chat. They said there was a problem in the system but it will be resolved. Are you able to go on live chat and inquire? Mine is back up.

                                          Unless they closed it for certain account holders which would suck. It's one of the perks on Heritage.

Looks like I lost some of my perks with the change--no more cash back on my bets and the get-out-at-halftime promo pulled. Hard to believe this was a management decision. More likely a new software glitch for some that they don't want to address. It is what it is.

                                              It’s really one of the biggest reasons why I continue to reload there to be honest. They would probably lose my business if it’s gone for good but I’ll hop on LC tomorrow and ask.

                                                Get out of the bet doesnt show sometimes

                                                you should ask the chat about it

                                                It happened to me before it didn't showed but magicaly showed come game time

                                                              They probably deployed a fix for the cash back issue and it broke something else for a bit. I logged in just now and my cash back issue is not resolved yet but patience is key my young jedi’s!

                                                                  Well I just found out through chat that I guess college hockey lines are still offered, my account isn’t allowed to bet them anymore. After betting them for close to ten years there too. This used to be my favorite book. What a joke. Very disappointed.

                                                                      It is a display issue and while its been fixed for most, there are some individual accounts that require manual intervention while fix is being deployed. I suggest any individual that has questions to notify CSD to verify and correct.
