How long until open parlays are available? Please don't give me the "we don't have a timeframe but it's a priority" line. Are we talking weeks or a month or several months. It's been several months since the new software downgrade and I believe you are losing customers due to not enabling something your live chat staff deem "high priority. " Please respond with a timeframe for when we can expect it to be back...

Statistical data would refute your assertions regarding the new software.
I have seen the Leverage/If Bet functionality as it is undergoing testing, so we are working through QA phase now. Functionality is similar to the open parlays and you can effectively create similar with the leverage options.
We are hesitant to be pinned down on release dates, but will continue to inform and advise as to roll outs.

The alt coin option is available however nothing happens when you pull the drop down to select the coin.

So does this mean you are going to be offering if bets but not open parlay? I know theoretically they could be similar'ish if you just keep doing if bets, but I was still hoping open parlays would happen. Please advise?

Heritage just stripped me of my accumulated cashback and drastically reduced my limits. I've done nothing but lose money in that account, so not sure what's up. Anyone have a similar experience that could offer advice?
Customer Service is very dismissive which is very frustrating because I've been them for several years now.

The CS chat people are the worst and rudest team I have ever encountered. Incredible someone in charge there doesn't look at the transcripts and say WTF? Screw that place. With better offshore options, and most states now legal, who needs them. Only thing I liked was their racing rebates were tops offshore.

Heritage is the most trustworthy offshore site, and that is the most important thing.

However,

I do agree with a lot of Heritage CS people are rude and don't really know how betting works..

Especially April, when I see her name pops up on the chat I just reload hoping I get someone else...

Guys, please be aware. The 8th free deposit rules has changed.
They did not informed anyone and I found out today from CSR Dany.

If the 7th deposit is not at least half the average of the previous 6 deposits, that deposit will not count towards the 8th deposit for free

Heritage seriously lowered my betting limits. I've responded by opening an account elsewhere and withdrawing my funds from Heritage.

Heritage is now limiting my withdrawal limits! It was $3,000 per day. Now, it's $1,000 per day! What's up with that?

They do have that for straight bets before the game. You lose juice though on that option. I'm assuming you meant cashout option during the game in process?

They're limiting my withdrawals to $1,000/day. They limited me from $1000/$500 on MLB to $200/$100. My hockey limits are now $100/$50. I beat them on MLB and NHL sides and totals. I don't bet any other sports besides MLB and NHL, and I don't bet player props.

As stated by Shifty, we have $1000 daily withdrawal limit on weekends and $3000 per day M-F. If you are seeing something other than than, contact our CSD.

I had a wager canceled that was a winner the other day. I live bet Bama-7.5 -160 almost -170 I think. They were up 14 but UK had the ball when I placed this. They claimed it was a bad line after the game. (not sure when they determined this because it notified me upon my next login)

Thats something, knock on wood, I've never experience anywhere. I'll have 10+k all over the place on in game wagers on a game....something like that would kill me.

I haven’t done many Open Parlays, but when I go to place a parlay on Mobile, it still gives the option for an Open Parlay, do some people have this option and others don’t as I see people in this thread saying they don’t have Open Parlays.

Also the leverage/ if win from a straight existing bet still works on mobile also, as I placed a few this past week , is this another thing that is working for some accounts and not others?

Ha! I can't believe you said that. I basically do the same thing when the name "April" appears on the chat. She's both rude and incompetent. I log off when I see her name, wait a few minutes, log back in, and hope the chat "roulette wheel" sends me to someone else!
