#108The last time I spoke to them on the phone was about a month ago. I don't think I care to talk to them on the phone anymore after that original conversation. I have sent a few emails asking about my account being closed again, they just say management decision and they have no information on it. I also asked how can you just take my balance, they say oh no its fine just call for the $200 balance we decided your account is now worth, in which I said I guess you should just keep that because I'm not calling for only $200. The complaint was filed right after I spoke with them, someone from SBR emailed me saying he would speak to them and get back to me in a few days but I'm still waiting, I even sent a few replies but he didn't respond yet as well.Comment -

Sad this is how disputes always seem to go now. Books do whatever like in this case steal and complaints fade into page 3 of the forum.
SBR has commented and told the player the same as the book told him.
He needs to phone in and speak to the manager they asked him to to sort out his problem.
And here is the OP's answer to that;
I'm locking this thread now so people like Glazer do not take it off track and smear SBR again.
If the OP wants help, he needs to pick up the phone and speak to the manager he was asked to.
If he chooses not to, fine as well.
