    Can't say I'm happy about waiting this amount of time. It would be nice to get an answer if SBR can help me or not, I work for a living and this is just taking up more time than I'm willing to give.

      I thought I answered that question on the previous page.

      And asked you if you have spoken to the book rep on the phone as yet?

        The last time I spoke to them on the phone was about a month ago. I don't think I care to talk to them on the phone anymore after that original conversation. I have sent a few emails asking about my account being closed again, they just say management decision and they have no information on it. I also asked how can you just take my balance, they say oh no its fine just call for the $200 balance we decided your account is now worth, in which I said I guess you should just keep that because I'm not calling for only $200. The complaint was filed right after I spoke with them, someone from SBR emailed me saying he would speak to them and get back to me in a few days but I'm still waiting, I even sent a few replies but he didn't respond yet as well.

                    What a load of rubbish!!!!

                    SBR has commented and told the player the same as the book told him.

                    He needs to phone in and speak to the manager they asked him to to sort out his problem.
