    Withdrawal issues at pinny

Hello everyone, I am new here.
I understand that pinnacle announce on their website that they have temporarily removed wire option. I want to know if this is for everybody using pinnacle? Today i contacted them via email, and they way they replied, it seems to me that they removed wire option for only certain users. I have been withdrawing via wire as this is my only option, I mean I do not have neteller, skrill etc... I used to have neteller account but i closed it because i cannot deposit (bitcoin). Can anyone help me?

Several people have reported the problem. It is not just for you.

They have not given a time frame but you can sure they will get back to normal soon.

Thank you for quick reply Moderator. According to you, how long can this take to get back to normal? And also do you have any suggestion for another sports betting website that is reliable? If I cannot withdraw, there is a chance I can lose all my current winnings at pinny...so its better self-exclude myself from pinny for a certain period of time...until they sort out the wire problem. what do you say?

Pinny is one of the best in the world. It depends what you are betting but apart from BetCRIS.com and some Asian books, there isn't a lot of competition for big limits and not being banned for winning type books.

I can't guarantee it, but I would bet 1/100 that your money will be safe at Pinny and you will be paid. I'd guess soon but have no real idea when as i do not know what the problem is.

    Are you in Australia?

I was under the impression they asked all Australians to cash out and leave about a year ago.

No, im not from Australia but I chose AUD currency as it was easy for me to calculate the amount received in my bank account. But now it seems i made a mistake. I think you cannot change the currency once chosen... maybe i can ask them to make an exception and let me withdraw my money... but i have a few pending bets like outright winner EPL etc...

Wire is down for everyone on certain currencies. CAD is down. This is the reason to have multiple withdraw options ready. Get on an e-wallet.

If I had to make a guess, maybe they closed their account that was in AU$, with no more Aussies allowed.

Actually they already closed Aussies accounts long ago, you can choose any currency available when you register at pinny. The problem as i see it is that their wire processor was delaying a lot during Dec 2018. This is not exactly pinny's fault i guess.

Ecopayz will be disabled unless you deposited with it.

Withdrawals using ecoPayz are accepted only if funds were deposited using ecoPayz

I just went through this exact problem myself. I also had the same concern about losing my profits due to no withdrawl options. I am in Canada so wire had to be cancelled due to Pinny having connections tech issues and then I tried Instant Banking which also turned out to be not working. They have fixed Instant Banking now and it seems to be even faster than wire Option. Hope that helps.

Tell them you want to change the currency. They will tell you to open a new account with the currency of your choice. Then they will transfer eerything from your old account to new account and close the old account.

They both should get back to normal wire payment service at some stage.

And I assume any other book who pays by wire can send to Mauritius. Unless there is something unusual about the banking system there I don't know about.

Yeah i contacted them to change currency/account, so now they are saying that it won't solve the problem because the wire option is not available for my country(Mauritius) anymore. And they have no idea if it will be available in the future... which basically means I have around 6000AUD stuck at Pinny.

They have been unable to process wires for a bunch of countries for a couple of weeks.

I don't know enough about what's wrong to be sure, but if I was you I would be confident they will eventually.

What about asking Pinny for a Bitcoin payout?

Here's an exchange that say they wire to Mauritius https://spectrocoin.com/el/bitcoin-in-Mauritius.html

You might also find other locals wanting to buy your bitcoin on localbitcoins.com or paxful.com

Pinnacle who so called welcomes winners just wont let you withdrawal your winnings. They will reverse withdrawals (even when you followed their dumb withdrawal rules), and then they will happily put the withdrawal amount back into your Pinny account in hopes that you will lose it so they dont have to pay you out! Of course they lie and make excuses like they told me my bank refused my 3 withdrawals which was a bold face lie (talked to my bank there were no wire transfer attempts!). Just because Pinnacle sends you a email saying your withdrawal has been processed it has not! They just use that email to make themselves look professional. They are going downhill fast. When a sportsbook starts to use lying, stalling or consistently reversing withdrawal requests they are most likely in financial trouble! Be warned...

my advice is distribute your betting budget at different books and have multiple withdrawal options... from experience im telling you that NO BOOKS like winning players.
Pinny head trader (or something like that) admitted in an interview (available on youtube) that there was a guy winning consistently at eSports. Apparently, they targeted him and found ways to understand how he is winning so much and how to beat him.
So...what exactly is the meaning of "winning players are welcomed" ?

I live in the north region, and it takes around 3 hours to get to the south (by car). There are some people who've done a quick island tour here in two days, but it is best when you take your time to enjoy it.
