OK now I need everyones help on sprading this news around. Cause it is for the benefit of all players. Bet911 will no longer have an ACTIVITY DAY HOLD. in fact bet911 will no longer have a hold on any bonus offered on our website. For those players looking for higher % bonus than what is on the site you would need to get ahold of robert or mark and just so you know there might be a regular day hold on higher bonuses.

Hi All,

I don't post here often I'm moreso a "lurker". But I thought I would chip in with my experience on this occasion.

I have had very intense negotiations with Robert for bonuses a few times now but we always reach an agreement in the end even if it is him getting more cash out of me or me lowering the roll over.

Customer service have been lightning quick to answer questions on live chat.
I've had no bets cancelled or any of the other things I've read about.

I'm YET to have a cashout so I can't comment on that but I am 1 winner away from one (after my win tonight).

And in defense of Bet911 .. when I bet on a line and I received better odds than displayed on the page, I asked Robert about it fearing trouble in the future and he informed me they had infact reduced my juice on that line.

So far a great experience!

I hope this doesn't change as I win more but I thought I'd chip in my more positive report.

Just give Bet 911 a call...Robert is a lot nicer on the phone (as opposed to live chat). Jury is still out on these guys -hopefully they start taking a player friendly approach-this has worked fine for Heritage

I asked for a withdrawal a week ago. I get told they cant use moneybookers, and have limited funds in neteller.

I get told a week ago I am third on a list of people to receive money when they receive it in neteller, then I receive a email a few days later stating people were paid on a first come first serve basis and they no money in neteller now.

I am now told today to put in a check withdrawal and when I ask how long it will take to receive the check seeing as I am a international customer I get told they dont know!

Exactly what i was told last week , the check withdrawals is just stalling , why not just fund neteller with funds. Probably bounce if it ever arrives. Well i live in hope if a check arrives.

I was told they funded their neteller account on Friday but have used up all the funds paying customers on a first come first serve basis, forgetting about the customers who have been waiting longest for their money.
