Made a racebook wager the other day on Ozoon.eu, been a customer for years. Heavy favorite mised the board. My bets about $485 brought back almost $3,800. Tried 2 crypto withdrawals shortly after came back canceled. No message sent by them. Was successful hour and did another for e transfer later that night. Got around $2400, left $1417 in account. Overnight, that balance was wiped out. No clue why I thought maybe it was a bonus violation or something.
They sent me email hours later and cities rule 10. Pool manipulation to gain money from their racebook, which is crazy my only bet was on their site. Obviously, some bridge jumper dropped thousands close to the race on the HEAVY favorite and he ended up running out of the race resulting in huge show payouts. I didnt see the final pool totals but obviously a lot of money. They cant seriously think I put thousands on it thru the tote to collect offshore. I checked their racebook rules and they are ridiculous. Basically they can do whatever whenever they want. Similar to their contest rules, lol.
I guess I should consider myself lucky I got what I got out of there.
But its criminal they took my remaining $1400. Doubt there is nothing I can do.
