I have heard a lot of complaints about GtBets in regards to payout.
I am requesting a payout tomorrow morning and will update SBR members in regards to the payout process.

You'll be fine. Stay away from p2p. Go btc much cheaper. About 10 business days.
GT Bets is garbage book. They send you emails with promotions that your account isn't eligible for and then won't honor them or provide free withdrawl. The worst part of it is that besides the email when you log into the account it also pops up that your account is eligible for the bonus. This is obviously BS and deceptive. If you account isn't eligible why does it pop up and state you are eligible? It's obvious to get you to deposit and then they let you know your account isn't eligible.
I have not had any issues with this book. Bonuses are always paid and are great! Payouts are always received. I have read about them on here and everyone always gets paid, even if there is a delay, it gets fixed. I agree with Courtesy, no worries about getting your money.
I was not worried about getting paid, I was just updating fellow Sbr on the process of payment. I like to give people a heads up or props for the sportsbook and players. Called Gt this morning and requested a p2p for their max. It was ready by 2pm. It was fast and easy. Will request another cashout next friday. Gt is a solid book with 100% cash bonus. People should look into playing with them.
a lot of these smaller books are hit and miss
If book had a good week you get paid fast, if not you might sweat depending on their bankroll

Quick Update, Requesting my final payout for p2. Was processed in the morning. Contacted Customer service a few times, THey said the payout was processed. However, I had not receive the email with the information for the payout. Just called and the customer service reps told me that, I would have to wait until monday to contact the payout department. I guess I wont get paid until monday lol.

To be honest about gtbets is they suck! I won a good chunk of money past few days and decided to cashout. I have cashed out 25x plus. Now out of the blue they need me to send in a long list of documents before paying me. Funny that there wasn't a problem for 2 years straight and now they need a bundle of documents. Assholes. Done with this place.

So basically they won't let you withdraw, without depositing, unless you give them the banking info.
I said I didn't have a bank account. They said that is the only way and I could find someone who has a bank account.
They refused to let me do a p2p.
This according to Frankyn, a manager.
Plus this fella, Franklyn, a manager, said if I used "rewards cash, that I earned, I could withdraw anything more than $160.
Bonuses aren't the same as rewards. They are two different things.
Gtbets has many good things about them and I have enjoyed most of my play the last few years. Problem is that payouts the last 3-4x have come with hassle. Whether slow payouts or cancelling my initial payout method and changing to a n alternative method ....just because 'manager decision'. Hassle free payouts are a must and this can no longer be guaranteed with gtbets. 5Dimes has rules that don't change and you know what your gonna get each and everytime. I like that. Structer.
Just to add to the half assness, they said I needed to rollover 25k points. Then they said it is wrong and miscalculated.
I've earned 81k points in 5 days, but according to their system I need to roll it over with 25k in money.
How f'd up is this place?
So a 50 free bet I have to roll over 25k cash bets to withdraw $160? That is what their system shows. Three different things I'm told.

robmpink, Sorry to hear about your experience. Im not sure, How your rollover worked, But for my 100% cash bonus rollover, they were true to their words. Once i reached it and contacted customer service to verify that i have reached my rollover, They vertify the rollover on their end and no hassle.
I m a small player, they do pay, at the end of the day, that is good in my book. P2p may be a bit of expensive here with a lower limit p2p cashout, but you'll get paid. So props to gtbet, both of my request, was paid on time. There was probably just a email delay on the second payout.

They paid me from GTBETS with no docs because I had already given them docs at VIP lol. Never take a bonus at this shop that's for sure.

There are three kind of shops. A shop that pays with no BS and stick to thier word rated A or B. Shop that slow pays and uses rules like #126a to justify it should be rated D- to C-. Shop that makes you wait over two months or flat out stiffs should be F and ran out of the buisness for good.

I also agree with Courtesy, but I think this book has proven to pay out time in and out of all the whining seems players are getting paid. We get great specials, especially for xmas over the last few years. Hope everyone continues to get paid and GT continues with the great specials.
Let's get something straight. I am no scammer and have played at many many shops over the years even before internet. I have sent documents and ID many times to shops like Heritage, 5Dimes, Youwager, Pinnacle etc. and had no problem with it as usually the main reason was I was using a CC.
I do generally find it a pain in the ass though and only use these methods of depositing because of the convenience. If I want to play at a lesser shop like GT, Betonline or others I always send cash as many of these places have a tendency to give you the runaround when it comes to taking a withdrawal.I do not want to have to jump through hoops to get back some of the money I deposited CASH with in good faith. If they insist on documents and ID I have a choice....comply and continue to play there or leave as I chose to do. If they offered something special I certainly would stay but why risk not getting paid at some of these questionable shops?

If you take them up on a free deposit they send you and never deposited, the best case scenario is your selling them your checking account information for $100.
This may not be an issue for people who have $15, $150, or negative $1,500 in their checking account.
