Hello,
I have problem with Pinnacle i was betting with them today on English soccer and I know they use accepting bets like asians. So i place bet on under and immediately after that like 10s there was a goal. I wrote them that why they accepted the bet and here is their reply:

Please refer to our Live Soccer betting rule 3 where we include that based on the current status of a live Soccer match, and at the discretion of Pinnacle Sports, matches may be placed in a danger zone. Wagers placed while a game is in a danger zone are subject to rejection. Danger Zones include, but are not limited to, Free Kicks near the goal, Corners, attacks in the opposition third, etc.

If a live Soccer wager is placed while the match is in a danger zone, the wager will be declared as "waiting".

Note that a wager placed during a danger zone is not automatically cancelled. Once the danger zone is released, wagers are either accepted and added to your pending plays, or rejected. Whether the wager is accepted, or rejected, depends on the result of the danger zone. Only if there was a goal scored or a red card shown are wagers placed during a danger zone rejected.

Please see the Danger Zone report below where you will find no goal was scored, or red card shown, as a result of this danger zone.

Therefore, your wager was added to your pending wagers and graded based on the score.

By sending in their wager, clients agree to these terms.

So you see that red is my bet , it has same time like danger zone. but i think that goal was even sooner than they have it there.
What should i do ?
Do i have chance to refund this bet?

That's the danger of betting in play goals can happen at any time generally there's a 5-7 second delay in accepting bets on live events

Maybe I am misunderstanding but it appears the CS agent is telling you the bet should be void if a goal is scored, and a goal was scored?

Any chance that Danger Period was ended before the goal went in?

I think I would reply to that email and ask when the Danger Period that started at 12:31:44 PM ended.

It does look like the CS agent has misunderstood your problem.

is it possible they are saying it was fully accepted at the same moment the danger period started and therefore was not on hold?

You probably should ask if your bet was declared as waiting for that Danger Zone too.

It certainly seems like a fair question from the info you have given.

But their system should know if your bet acceptance or the danger zone started first without error. Although that CS agent hasn't explained it very well I'm guessing that your bet and the danger zone probably occurred less than 1 second apart.

I think you should try to get a better answer yourself still first, but if you aren't satisfied feel free to submit a complaint to SBR and maybe we can get a better explanation if you can't. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

so they must count it on hundredths. But i still think that it is very strange 44s=44s..do not know if i succeed with complaint. What do you think?

I don't think your chances sound good. But if you are not fully happy with their explanation you may as well fill in the form and let the person who deals with Pinnacle for SBR see what they think.
