I looked up my Bet On Line account yesterday and to my surprise there was a $50 free play sitting there. GREAT! I contacted customer service thru live chat and asked if I qualified for a bonus. After the CS agent looked up my account I was told I qualified for the standard 25% bonus, I just needed to make sure I put in the correct bonus code. I decided to deposit $300 and put in the bonus code. I then contacted CS and was told by Darren Wise in fact I did not qualify for any bonus because i had an existing unused free play in my account. After letting Darren know I did the appropriate inquiring on this subject before depositing and was told by Bet On Lines CS agent I did qualify for the deposit bonus I deposited the funds. He then told me it was my fault.
I am so frustrated because this is total BS. I am only talking about $75 but I feel this $75 has been stolen from me because I performed my duedilligence before depositing to confirm my qualification for the bonus. Their employee looked into the situation for me and I was told Good To Go.
