    Bet On Line total CS BS

    I looked up my Bet On Line account yesterday and to my surprise there was a $50 free play sitting there. GREAT! I contacted customer service thru live chat and asked if I qualified for a bonus. After the CS agent looked up my account I was told I qualified for the standard 25% bonus, I just needed to make sure I put in the correct bonus code. I decided to deposit $300 and put in the bonus code. I then contacted CS and was told by Darren Wise in fact I did not qualify for any bonus because i had an existing unused free play in my account. After letting Darren know I did the appropriate inquiring on this subject before depositing and was told by Bet On Lines CS agent I did qualify for the deposit bonus I deposited the funds. He then told me it was my fault.
    I am so frustrated because this is total BS. I am only talking about $75 but I feel this $75 has been stolen from me because I performed my duedilligence before depositing to confirm my qualification for the bonus. Their employee looked into the situation for me and I was told Good To Go.
    Not COOL BOL!!!!

    that sucks. they should just give you the 25%. their mistake. betonline sucks. if you want that type of book go with hollywood.

    Darren could have said CS mistake but we will give you another $25 free play to make it a total of 25% on your $300 deposit and I would have been fine. Everyone makes mistakes. But No! Darren's response was just a flat FU your fault. You will get nothing and we do not care if you like it or not!!!

    Check your rollover for the $50 fp. They probably tied this in to your deposit as well. Good times at BOL.

    HA HA just checked roll over it is $6250 so I have a 18 times roll over on a 16% deposit bonus

    I closed my account at BOL. I normally don't close online accounts just simply don't deposit there anymore i did this to stop the emails, and they still email me and send snail mail.

    Update: The $50 freeplay in the account was supposed to expire months back, but due to a technical issue it did not. The player indeed should have received his 25% deposit bonus as normal. We understand he's been credited with the $75 bonus and his rollover corrected.

    I just checked and SBR is correct. I have now been credited with the full 25% bonus and the roll has been ammended. Thanks SBR for the help.

    at least it finally got straighten out - took a while - big pain in the ass - but straighten out - i would still move on - use another sportsbook.

    It speaks volumes that this could not be handled between the book and the player. I wonder how many dozens of players have been shafted by BOL'S shenanigans.

    This is not the first time we've heard of betonline and their "technical issues," but every time they are brought up to CS , players are just told "tough."

    This player was lied to by CS...plain and simple. This player should get an extra $75FP (with no rollover) just for putting up with all their BS.

    This book has way too many "technical issues" to be an A+ book.

    Often times a player loses patience with CS and really just needs to ask for a manager. BetOnline is normally quick to resolve complaints that escalate from CS.
