BetHorizon gives out a $55 freeplay that has to be turned over 5 times, straight wagers on spreads only, max cashout $250.

I am not sure how the Wagerhub offer worked, but with the bethorizon offer you have to deposit $200 before you get your $250 winnings out. Per my understanding they will send you the $250 as soon as you send them the deposit. In effect you should be $50 up (if you have a free deposit and withdrawal) after depositing the $200. With the $200 deposit you can eithe play through it (at least once as a courtesty!) or take a 100% bonus (until january 12th I think) and stay with them.
