This is a thread that my friend who doesn't have a SBR account wanted me to write to notify you guys of what a joke BOL is.
"I opened my BOL account in August to take advantage of the live betting options. Since then, it has been an absolutely disaster.
- First thing first.. on my first deposit, I talk to my sales manager and he tells me the best bonus I can get is 25%. This was right before football, and what does he say? No.. this is the only one available. Well, when I get home from sending money, I notice an email saying 50% on all deposits through the end of September. This was warning one and I shouldn't have given them anymore business. After arguing for a couple days nonstop... they finally decide to honor it.
- As soon as I put the deposit in, I requested that my casino shut down forever, because I have a tendency to tilt when things don't go my way and EVERY book that I have ever dealt with does this for you. Well, what does the CS say? No, we cannot do that. Again, strike 2.. what kind of book doesn't close casinos?
- I continue to deposit time and time again, and every single time I request the casino to be closed, they never do it. I am bipolar and have difficulty with the tempation of casino access when I am in manic or depressive states. Well, obviously you can see what happens from here.... I've lost about 80% of what I deposited in the casino... A very high amount. So obviously, they have gotten what they hoped for.
- I occassionally get the 10% casino rebate bonus... It usually takes about 6-7 hours which is completely unreasonable to begin with... But its now been 51 hours since the last request and guess what? Not a dollar.. not a dime... And this despite me repeatedly asking for supervisors or managers. This is what they say: "We’ve received your request and will be reviewing it right away. If you’re eligible your bonus will be added to your account in the next 48 hours." Well, its been more then that.
- CS have been incredibly incompetent. Everyone I have talked to have given different answers about the same questions and on top of this, they are very rude.
Basically... BOL is a joke. It takes them 3 days to credit a simple 10% casino rebate?

Net deposit casino bonuses suck anyway. I play at 5 dimes and if I deposit a $100 hit a 5 teamer and proceed to lose $2500 in the casino, my 20 percent casino is going to be $500 credited instantly via live help. if I do the same thing at BOL it's going to be 10 percent net loss of $10, regardless if I just blew $2500 in the casino.
