    Betvictor problem - what did I do wrong?

    first of all, I'm new here and my english is very bad. I'm sorry for that. I had an account with Betvictor for about one and a half year maybe. Today I tried to log myself in and the message "account closed" came up. As I have a lot of money in the account (I never had this much so far), I was concerned about the money and I tried to contact the help desk. They wouldn't tell me why my account was closed or what I did wrong. I never had problems so far until last week when I made a payment back to my ******** card and the money never arrived (till now)... As I am not a very experienced better. can someone tell me what I did wrong?

    Below you find my conversation with the help desk. I know I got a little angry at the end, but after 30 minutes and always contradictionary statements?! I wanna learn from that, so from your opinion, what can I do better next time? thank you for your help, guys.

    Your english is fine. Cant you give them a phone call and ask to speak to a manager?
    They dont have to give you a reason to close your account, but they DO have to notify you. Ask them why werent you notified.
    Dont worry, it sounds like you have just won too much money - you have given them ID and your money is safe... just call them.

    BV do not notify customers, when they are closing accounts.
    It`s there normal process, to me and to others in the past and in the future too.

    They are limiting very fast and closing accounts from one to the other day, but you will get all the money.
    They are no frauds but typical english limitators

    Normal practice from VC. As with all UK books, they have completely lost all credibility.

    By saying their traders closed the account, they are basically admitting that their traders are really poor at the job they are paid to do, and they are not willing to back their trader's view in the market place.

    I'm sick of seeing VC adverts on TV. But they can make it up as they go along. Absolutely sickening.

    Pro8, the vast majority of sportsbooks will either severely limit the amount you can bet or close your account if they feel you are a winning player long-term. What happened to you is EXTREMELY COMMON. There are a few books out there that will let you win as much as you can but those books don't make the same kind of line mistakes as BetVictor did. If you're able to win betting on legitimate lines, you have nothing to worry about, just open up an account at pinnacle or Bookmaker.

    nothing wrong here the typical reason account limited orckosed is our traders have made a business decision. as for your withdrawal uk bookies it always takes between 3-5 working days to your funds to be back in your bank some are quicker some are longer b365 usually within 2 days betfair 2 days sporting index 3 days

    and as for your money bookers withdrawal you can only withdraw to your deposit method

    on a side note I wouldn't use bet victor as my main account just much bigger options here in the uk

    hehehehe betvictor are trash ... none of the chat advisors have a clue ... i went on the other night and do what i ushelly do when i win .. hi can u please stop me being able to reverse withdrawl.. i said erm use can use have done it before .. no we cant . one moment please.. ok ive contacted security there going to transfer it in the morning .. i went feck them reversed the cash then got up to £350 .. then banked it 10 mins later done the same asked them to remove the reverse..no we cant i said ahh bugger it .. so today it would ushelly be in by now i contacts them gets the 3-6 days crap .. i thought id never get one over on them then today £600 appears in my account...they paid the £250 that i first said can u stop me reversing ...along with £350 on top .. i done the normal human thing and transferd the lot to a different bank account not herd anything from them ..remember when they had specials on £20 on the first race at Ascot or something and get a free £20 bet along with 15 spins on a fruity .. the bet lost so i done the spins got £34 tried to bet it they said oh u need to turn it 40x or something i went seriously .. i then stuck it on £5 spin bang £1600 pounds .. i kept spinning the 40 times out won 1500 they didn't like it but bugger them .. ive also had arguments about the in play virtual .. i bet 150 on a dog the race didn't play oh it didn't win they said .. i didn't no this .. i got a silly 40 back or something .. so with them doing this today its called karma bitches even tho its only 250 i screwed use for , And i will be trying it again ... as use say .. kind regards xxxxxxxxxxxx

    anyway threadstarter, they probably closed your account cos u win too much and they think u're a professional gambler. take it as a compliment, they're afraid of u. dont worry about the funds, seem like they will give back everything they owe u.
