Hello. I'm using Bookmaker eu for about two months without any problem. I have made about 5000€ deposits and the same amount withdrawals. Yesterday i try to make a withdrawal again but they ask me to send again my already verified ID card (i had sent it when i open my account) and a selfie holding the ID card and a piece of paper with the date of today on it. Is this something i should be concerned about? How long does such an identification usually take? When i contact chat support they not give me a timeframe for my document checking. Both accounts were blocked in April. Maybe we need to wait a year for the account to be unblocked???
