last week i was told to check back Friday (mar. 21). today i was told to check back next Wednesday ("unfortunately because of March Madness yadda yadda...").
i expressed concern about my prior request "expiring" after 30 days as the current payout is approaching 30-day mark. the agent could not promise me that it wouldnt expire again. this, to me, is basically telling me that it will expire.
i will check back on wednesday. not sure if my payout will expire by that date (as i'm not sure if it expires in 30 days, or calendar month). will post update.

They are still "expiring" as far as I know. Mine from mid-February expired after 30 days, I know of others who experienced the same in that time frame. It is possible it has been resolved since, but as you say these people can not be trusted on anything.Leave a comment:

Anyone have a pending withdrawal last over 30 days? Im trying to see if they are still "expiring" after 30 days as my current withdrawal is approaching the 30-day mark.
CS told me the issue was fixed but obviously we cant trust them.Leave a comment:

I hope Jazz doesn't think this is going away anytime soon!!!!! This place should be avoided at all cost more to come soon.👍 1Leave a comment:

Broke/nearly broke? Yes. Good intentions? Absolutely not. They have done nothing but told lies and moved the goalposts since the payout issues started a little over a year ago. First they blamed the slow payouts on "lots of withdrawals during/just after Super Bowl" last year. They kept using this excuse for a while, even several weeks after Superbowl. Then it was a "processor issue". They then started changing the payout conditions from 2.5k twice per week, then 2.5K once per week, then 1k per week, then 1k per 10-12 business days, then 1k per 15-20 business days, then to "withdrawals currently on hold". All of this because they were struggling to pay.
Other tactics to delay payouts include only being able to request a new payout in the week after you have received a payout, so let's say you receive a payout on Monday, you can then not request a new payout until the next Monday which you then have to wait 15-20 business days or whatever time frame they give at the time, There's also the newly introduced stalling tactic where they let withdrawals "expire" after 30 days.
And those are just the methods they apply to everybody that they deem a non-recreational customer. In certain cases they will do what they did to me and come up with a made-up reason to shut down accounts and confiscate winnings to reduce their debts.
From what I understand, and this is based on not hearing anything in public from them since their Superbowl comments last year, they have also stopped communicating in public or responding to questions from industry sites and the likes of BMR.👍 2Leave a comment:

They seem like they have good intentions and they are just broke--that's from just reading this forum I don't have any payout experience myself yet.Leave a comment:

Yes I was tagged as non-recreational and $1K limit. I had called once like a week ago and sent some emails/chats but they called me directly yesterday. I think this is a good sign because if they were going under I don't think I'd have gotten a first paymentLeave a comment:

I've always been of the opinion that it's not as simple to sue in a different country, there are unscrupulous lawyers who will waste your time but take your money, and if the book is set up to protect it's assets from seizure, they are also probably setup to handle your claim too.
But a handful of people have gone all the way and won against scammy books over the years. So never say never I guess.
it might actually work to our benefit if a few people with big balances join together to make the case a bit more enticing for a lawyer.
if i dont get a payment soon, i will start exploring this option.

FWIW i'm still getting the same song and dance from CS, i.e., "we are prioritizing rec players" ... "we hope to know more by Friday" etc. etc.Leave a comment:

do you know if you'll actually receive the 1k every 2 weeks, or if you can request it every 2 weeks and then wait 15-20 business days ?Leave a comment:

Update: I received a $1K payout from Jazz this evening. Received a call earlier today from their CS and they said they will be committed to paying $1K every 2 weeks until my balance is settledLeave a comment:

If you can get in contact with the other few players with 50k plus balances, and then start a post of all people that are owed money by Jazz, you can try to start a class-action and find a lawyer in Costa Rica willing to work on contingency. Seems likely they are broke but worth a shot and would force them to close doors if they are broke.Leave a comment:

I was told this:
"Your account status and balance have been adjusted. We confirmed the total deposited to the account ( $49,076.89) vs. the total withdrawals paid out ($47,500). We will send out one last payment for $1576 in order to complete a full refund of your deposits. You may proceed with your request for the full amount and payment will be finalized in 24-48 business hours. Decision is final."
I haven't responded or done anything. If I were to request this payment and get it, I would actually perhaps get some money unlike others, but wouldn't this be accepting that they have confiscated $53,000 on no valid grounds and hurt my chances of getting my full balance reinstated?
It's enough money to at least ask a lawyer for some free preliminary advice about if a claim is viable. And tell you how to handle the answer.Leave a comment:

I wish I knew of a course of action I think would help from here. Maybe exploring the options for a legal claim is at least worth investigating.
As far as the image issue. The new forum software auto resizes locally hosted images. There should be a change coming that will show the full size version when clicked.
In the mean time you can continue to upload images here https://imgbb.com/ and use their forum embed code to show it full size here.

I am then told that:
[21:20] Lola Lennon: Yes, I saw that you confirmed you had sent docs a while back, years ago
[21:20] Lola Lennon: I has asked the Security team to review because I saw a UK address.
[21:23] Lola Lennon: However, as a resident of the UK you should not have an account with the site. Unfortunately, the previous administration did not proceed with the necessary security protocols for UK accounts. However, we have a new management team that has been trying to correct many of the issues that have come up.
[21:24] Lola Lennon: What should have been done, once the UK location was confirmed, was close your account and refund/return your initial deposit.
[21:25] Lola Lennon: I checked your history and I show that we have paid out $1500 on top of your deposit total. Therefore you have received all your deposits back.
I replied:No, you are not getting away with this. When I signed up I asked you if you allow UK customers, I was told yes. I then made deposits and sent in documents. You happily accepted all my deposits. You can not come here 5 years later and say "sorry, we have changed management since. Only your deposits will be returned", and confiscate my 55,000 USD balance.
The conversation goes on:
[21:28] Lola Lennon: We will be closing the account officially. We regret this situation but the fact is that your account should have been closed. If you reside in the UK you can only gamble on sites licensed for UK services and that is not the case.
[21:28] me: I have done nothing wrong here.
[21:29] Lola Lennon: We know this is the last thing you want to hear, but we are currently fixing some issues that were not dealt with correctly. But truth of the matter is that we do not accept UK players.
[21:30] Lola Lennon: I know that, it was a problem created by the previous administration and this is why we need to start taking measures now.
[21:30] me: This will not be the end of this.
[21:30] Lola Lennon: We have returned all the deposit funds that were sent to us.
[21:31] Lola Lennon: We are proceeding and cancelling the account and invalidating all action in the account, as it should have been done from the start.
[21:32] Lola Lennon: That is the procedure when we close an account due to jurisdiction.
[21:33] Lola Lennon: We are sorry this has been the case, but the decision is final.
[21:33] Lola Lennon: I escalated to the security team and to the new management specifically and carefully reviewed your deposit and withdrawal total in order to determine if any funds were still owed.
[21:34] Lola Lennon: At the moment, the decision is final and access to the account will be removed.[21:35] Lola Lennon: At the moment, I will proceed and close the chat.
[21:37] Lola Lennon has left the conversation
I still have access to the account, but likely not for long. I have taken some screenshots, showing balance and history. Not sure what my options are here as I'm lost for words at the moment.
They only did that because it was way cheaper then having to pay out your way higher winnings.👍 1Leave a comment:

The more people who fill out their form and make sure they know the extent of the situation, the more likely they will feel pressure to act.
Sites like OSGA and BMR who make/earn money for/from this book are going to be the most effective at getting fairness out of them. If those sites get sick enough of the complaints. https://www.osga.com/Complaint-Form/...t_form2017.htm👍 1Leave a comment:

I did manage to take screenshots of all my numbers as well their T&C that doesn't say anything about certain countries being restricted (in my case the UK), which was a rule they completely made up or was only internally communicated, incase they decide to add such a rule to the T&C later and pretend it was there all along.Leave a comment:

No-one has heard back from OSGA?
They have nothing but praise for Jazz on their site:

Also, Jazz closed your account? So you can't even login now? What reason did they give for doing that?Leave a comment:

Sickening. Might be worth consulting a local attorney and see if they will take it on contingency? Optional do you know if a lawsuit is viable?
They have now inactivated the account btw.Leave a comment:

You joined two days ago, have three posts, all of which are on this thread saying you are getting paid. I find that suspicous, especially considering there are dozens of people who are saying the complete opposite.
But hay, if you are, which i find unlikely, or unlikely to continue. Good luck to you.
Fair to question me. Totally get that. I’ll point out that I haven’t spoken very highly of them. There are quite a few people that seem to be getting dumped on them and that’s crappy of them. I can promise that I’m not affiliated with them. Not sure how to prove that.
my payouts have slowed. I used to be able to get two a week at 2500. Now it’s been one a week, but they have paid me as recently as last week. I have another pending which I hope they’ll send this week, but we’ll see.
All I was saying is that as long as they’re paying me and I have a balance, I’ll keep playing.
If I stop and move to another book, I’ve got a big balance remaining. If I put money into another book and hit a cold streak, I’ve lost real cash I have instead of my balance at Jazz. Alternatively if I keep winning then my balance keeps going up and that isn’t ideal if they’re in financial trouble. But if they’re in financial trouble, the point is kind of moot because I won’t be getting my money regardless. Ya know?
at this point, I’ve run so hot that I’m expecting to cool off. So as I said, as long as they pay me this week, I’ll keep betting. If I start getting the run around, then maybe I’ll reevaluate.
again, I’m hopeful that maybe they’ll get an influx of cash starting next week and then actually pay me out quickly and it’ll be a non-issue.Leave a comment:
