    Some more information.

In Looselines' terms of service it says they are operated by Jazz Business Solutions B.V registered under No. 152056 at, Scharlooweg 39 U.16, Curacao.

Input "Jazz Business Solutions" in the Curacao Commercial Register search https://www2.curacao-chamber.com/companyselect.asp

And we see the name of the "managing director" is Xecutive Corporate Management B.V.

I believe a lawsuit would have to be filed in Curacao -- not Costa Rica -- and this managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V. is the entity that would be served with process.

I've been going down a rabbit hole.

It seems all curacao gaming licenses have expired

    And curacao eGaming are bankrupt

I think we need to find out who the new management is and their prior history of paying out.

The Gambling911 article I linked to has been edited since this morning after people reported about having accounts shut down and balances confiscated.
After more than a year of slow payment issues concerning Jazz Sports (well documented on the Gambling911.com website), we are finally learning that the long established sportsbook is under new management.

I would say Jazz's attempt to get some good publicity after months of bad publicity backfired pretty badly.

I've tried a 1k withdrawal three times since that post and been rejected every time. The first one they rejected it saying I needed to be verified. The second one they rejected giving no reason. The 3rd once they rejected just yesterday saying I need to request the full balance. I haven't attempted a new one since.

I remember you posting about this- but I don't remember whether you were able to withdraw that amount? Or did you decide not to accept it?

will do. might take a few months, but i will look into a trip to costa rica. goal would be to find an attorney to take it on contingency. i will suggest to the attorney that there are other people who may agree to consolidate our claims (i.e., people like you caramba, and anyone else who is being robbed here). it may entice a firm if there are 100Ks at stake rather than only 34k that was in my account.

for now, i will be blasting this on twitter, and i suggest anyone who has a twitter account to like and repost. PunisherIND on twitter as well.

Not sure how the affilliates business works, but that article says Jazz are moving their affiliates to the MyAffiliates platform. If you've had a bad experience with Jazz it could be a good idea to share it with them sales@myaffiliates.com and hopefully this can lead to the completion of Jazz's account lifecycle with them fairly soon.

Optional, there had been rumors of new management long before I had that chat with them.

I suppose the breaking part is that this is the first time the new management is actually responding to a gambling industry site or someone like BMR.

Correct, no details on who they are. Even Chris, who wrote this article, doesn't know who the new management is.

"As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline services, a select group of longstanding accounts will receive a courtesy update regarding the completion of their account lifecycle."

These people are true scumbags, they are arbitrarily picking accounts to close for their benefit.

"breaking news" that you actually broke 3 weeks ago.

Still no details of who the new ownership might be so far.

[21:23] Lola Lennon: However, as a resident of the UK you should not have an account with the site. Unfortunately, the previous administration did not proceed with the necessary security protocols for UK accounts. However, we have a new management team that has been trying to correct many of the issues that have come up.
[21:24] Lola Lennon: What should have been done, once the UK location was confirmed, was close your account and refund/return your initial deposit.
[21:25] Lola Lennon: I checked your history and I show that we have paid out $1500 on top of your deposit total. Therefore you have received all your deposits back.

I replied:No, you are not getting away with this. When I signed up I asked you if you allow UK customers, I was told yes. I then made deposits and sent in documents. You happily accepted all my deposits. You can not come here 5 years later and say "sorry, we have changed management since. Only your deposits will be returned", and confiscate my 55,000 USD balance.

    The conversation goes on:
[21:28] Lola Lennon: We will be closing the account officially. We regret this situation but the fact is that your account should have been closed. If you reside in the UK you can only gamble on sites licensed for UK services and that is not the case.
[21:28] me: I have done nothing wrong here.
[21:29] Lola Lennon: We know this is the last thing you want to hear, but we are currently fixing some issues that were not dealt with correctly. But truth of the matter is that we do not accept UK players.
[21:30] Lola Lennon: I know that, it was a problem created by the previous administration and this is why we need to start taking measures now.
[21:30] me: This will not be the end of this.
[21:30] Lola Lennon: We have returned all the deposit funds that were sent to us.
[21:31] Lola Lennon: We are proceeding and cancelling the account and invalidating all action in the account, as it should have been done from the start.
[21:32] Lola Lennon: That is the procedure when we close an account due to jurisdiction.
[21:33] Lola Lennon: We are sorry this has been the case, but the decision is final.
[21:33] Lola Lennon: I escalated to the security team and to the new management specifically and carefully reviewed your deposit and withdrawal total in order to determine if any funds were still owed.
[21:34] Lola Lennon: At the moment, the decision is final and access to the account will be removed.[21:35] Lola Lennon: At the moment, I will proceed and close the chat.
[21:37] Lola Lennon has left the conversation

I still have access to the account, but likely not for long. I have taken some screenshots, showing balance and history. Not sure what my options are here as I'm lost for words at the moment.

After not receiving a payout since Jan 20th. Managment called today saying they will be closing my account and not paying my balance of ~6400. They said I have deposited 11 ,000 and withdrew 13,000 since i profited they will not pay the remainder of my balance. No other information given just that they are not going to pay me.

Person #2 in the queue - will never get paid again
Person #3 in the queue - will never get paid again
Person #4 in the queue - will never get paid again
