I have a buddy who got paid recently but he’s not limited to the $1k per week which seems to be the group they are deeming “non-recreational”.

I suspect they’re illiquid and relying on deposits to pay out players they want to keep around. Stiffing people comes with massive reputation risk so I think they’re on the ropes.

Just wanted to write that I am experiencing the exact same thing as PunisherIND.

I deposited because they had great bonuses and I ended up clearing the rollover. I made one withdrawal for $2500 without a problem, which was paid within a week. On my second withdrawal attempt, they changed my withdrawal limit to $100/week with a 3 week waiting period.
I complained to support and they adjusted it to $1000/week. I request a withdrawal and they make me wait for 20 days, saying that I am considered a professional player and that they are focusing on recreationals. They eventually pay me, however, in order to create a new request, I have to wait a week on top of the 20 day waiting period to get processed.

I made my third request a month ago, and after waiting 20 days, they expired my withdrawal request, stating that it was "a problem with the provider" and that I should make a new request and look back Monday and shall be re-added to the queue for payment processing.

It looks like if they consider you a "professional", or anyone who was able to clear their rollover without busting basically, they might make you wait 20 days and then expire your transaction and re-add you to the back of the queue to keep you in an infinite loop of never paying.

Unreal, my guess is they are not going to pay unless they start getting some real pressure from people that can be loud online. My tweet and the gambling911 article don’t seem to be very far reaching…

this keeps getting better. hopped on chat today and i was told that my payout request had EXPIRED! i have to request a new 1000 payout and wait 15-20 business days again!

fwiw, my request was placed 1/20/2025 7:49AM, and CS told me that it expired 2/20/2025 7:49AM

is there any way that it could have expired because something on my end? or more likely their system automatically expires payment requests that are pending 1 month? CS didnt acknowledge it was their fault and implied it was on my end.

i just want to note that 100% it was their fault (or perhaps intention) to reject the payout as expired after 30 days. i just checked my electrum wallet and the request for payment is still pending in my wallet, so there's zero chance this was on my end.

this creates a massive problem if they are taking longer than 30 days to process a payout.

Anyways a quick update..

Abc has now also changed my withdrawl time line to 20 business days to complete..

So basically it will be over a month before I see a payment of $1000..

They come up with all sorts of excuses and reasons why they cannot pay..

If your are new to sports betting.and considering depositing money to abc islands or jazz..consider it a donation because if you win..they'll just find reasons to not pay..

They are full of shit with their statement.

"If a group is found to be in violation of rules, then we reduce the payout limits to discourage that behavior, but ALL players are getting paid."

"We have found we had a large group of customers (35+) that were all betting the exact same thing at the same time to avoid limit rules. We could have canceled the wagers but instead we chose to follow our payout limits."


The odds on their sportsbook moves automatically after a bet is placed so it would be tough to do what they claim.
On top of this, I had a 30 second timer placed on me before my bets would go through after like a month of being there and it was that way for over 2 years with no withdrawal issues.

Now they suddenly increased that to 1 minute and withdrawal limited me at the same time as others even through it is impossible for me to do what they claim with the timer they put on my account ages ago so there's no way I am part of the group.

Seems this 1k limit is becoming standard for all lower tier books, might be time to get used to it rather than shocked by it, gross but better than being stiffed.

Until about a month ago. Took away classic interface, and you cant withdraw more than 1k via BTC and takes 3 weeks!

jan 9th: requested 2500 payout (already cleared kyc, this was my 3rd lifetime payout request)
jan 19th: payout rejected- reason: payout limit changed from 2500/week to 1000/week
jan 20th: requested 1000 payout
jan 30th: still pending

still pending!! live chat told me their policy is to prioritize recreational players, and that they estimate 15-20 business days for non-rec players. today would be the 19th or 20th business day, depending if you count the day of the withdrawal request.

Anyways I am a canadian staying in the u.s for a while..was not able to join draftkings and other sites since all my I.d is canadian but living in the u.s.


Anyways decided to try abc islands(jazz)..

Deposited $1000 and cashed out $2600..no problem..

Deposited another $1000 and won about $4000.

Tried to withdrawl and basically they are saying I make bets like a sharp and not a recreational bettor and a bunch of other b.s.. so they refused my withdrawl and now lowered me to $1000 withdrawl per week..

I'm a 50 year old plumber who reads "pickwise" or statsalt..I would have a hard time naming 2 or 3 players on any given basketball team

Anyways..is this something the books do to eventually screw me out of my winnings?

I'm guessing since it's offshore I'm cooked?

If you check the Jazz issues thread you will find just about everyone who withdraws is "payout limited" as a sharp, but everyone else gets the normal advertised payout timeframe!




It's after Super Bowl. Sadly quite a few offshores have to act this way to get through the quiet season. And it's getting worse each year. You'll probably get paid though.

I think they will pay you. I think it's total bs doing that and limiting your wd to 1k a week cuz they think you are a sharp. If you elect to keep playing with them and would lose you can't complain. I'd just cash out my winnings it will only take you a month and find a better book. There are plenty offshore books better than them.

If they don’t pay you after awhile you could try gambling the money out of the account play the opposite side for as low hold as possible at a trustworthy book and hope the bet loses at looselines/Jazz, wins at the good storybook and boom you got your money out. As long as you can still gamble it will cost you money in juice burned but you should be able to gamble the money out of the account and into a better account right?

If you think the balance at the book is a bad risk to be paid. Then the value of the money there is not equal to the good money you are hedging with.

Might make you feel better, but it's not really you having done anything. If you really can pick the right side, just pick the right side elsewhere. No point in losing at Jazz as well.

Yes that’s true but you can decide your risk amount when you do it, as long as you think you can keep gambling some more at both places even if you run cold at the sharp book hot at the bad book, you have to be able to cover that shortfall and you need to be able to make bets at the bad book. Still do it 500 bucks at a time betting +300 at bad book vs -330 at good book and you can get some out some is better than none

its a good idea but can backfire royally if you end up winning more at LL/jazz
