I will counter by saying that you should never bet on credit if you are a degenerate or have proven to be irresponsible with credit in the past.

Wagering on credit with favorable terms is very much to your benefit. You just have to be smart about it and learn how to use it to your advantage. I’ve done it for years and never paid interest on any losses.

The tribe is a sovereign nation….the hub and spoke model applies the same as betting offshore. What matters most is that the wager was placed online legally within a venue that allows sportsbooks to operate and where the servers were physically located. There was a lawsuit filed by Antigua against the US government within the world trade organization back in the mid 2000’s - They ruled against the US for their blanket enforcement of applying their laws within other countries borders when it came to internet gambling…this is essentially a similar circumstance

Magic city’s owners have already had their first suit tossed because they couldn’t even prove how they had been harmed. The seminoles even offered to allow them to directly collect sports bets using their servers and would’ve literally given them 60% of the take…and they still said no! They didn’t even have any risk to take from taking action and would have made tens of millions or more every year….no wonder the suit got tossed!

This new one against the government won’t likely be far behind

A little glitchy here and there. However, the app is a very welcomed addition to my betting books. I recently had an over on a NCAAF game...that went over during the 3rd quarter. The game was graded as a win immediately. I love that. First time I had a wager graded like that. The offshores I use usually take 15 to 30 minutes after game ends. Anyhow, the interface is clean. No more jumping through hoops to fund account or cash out. EFT in and out.

Totally agree with the fast payouts on totals. I had a similar situation where an over hit early 4th quarter and it paid me within 30 seconds of the score that pushed it over
