I ask because I made a payment request and it took them 3 days, alone, to acknowledge and now it's been an additional 5 days of the status saying "ready to pay."

Is this normal for them? Looking for people that use this book and have requested payment so I kind of know how the process works.

Hell, Matchbook had my check to me 5 days flat from when I requested it.

i had a wire in my hands in 3 days from them last week... I do believe there is something going on in the industry since last week. Every since the finds from poker stars were taken it seem like everything has slowed or completly stoped this WEEK offshore. This is my personal experience I was getting money from another book in 24 hours for 6 plus months this week NOTHING. Books are being handcuffed by something IMO. I don't have proof of this just personal experience and my belief.
