So does this mean the ACH option does not work with all BkofAma accounts?

If they won't accept the test payments, then yes, there is no way for them to verify that your BofA account actually belongs to you and therefore they should honor any ACH request coming from it.

I still can't believe this though. That's nuts.

I just called (first time) for the hell of it. It seems like a big fix to get more "verification" to link you to your acct. It's called "proof of address verification". They want either an official pay stub, bill, government letter with your name on it associated with the address on file.

What a crock of sh#$ this is. Customer service acts like they sent EVERYONE A CARD.... but they didn't. I told her straight out... listen lady... I've been patiently waiting for my card... and she said it was sent out 5/1/19. I said... there's nothing here. Clearly you didn't send it out.

What cracks me up.... you mean their "verification system" isn't sufficient enough when you first order the card???

So basically you send this information to a specific email address customer_service@FVFN.com and put Attention Customer Service - Address Verification as the heading.

Then you must call them again... to verify they received it lol once approved... card will be sent out in 17-20 business days. No fee.

I don't know??? I'd rather buy the card online again... jumping through hoops for these JOKERS.... christ... it's like I'm trying to get a PO from an offshore book. Pathetic.

I received my card on the 14th day (to replace the expired card.) Not bad. Expiration date set for 3 years. Giving everyone the heads up.

B.O.A. works fine for me. Did a couple of ACH from BitPay this month.

I used ACH to pay for my mortgage and car note monthly... No issues..

Last week I did the ACH to my WF bank account. Bitpay did charge the $5 for the 2 test deposits when it was instantly withdrawn in 1 withdraw, luckily.

Then I made a transfer and it took like 3 days to hit my bank and was charged $5 from BP. So I have another in the works now.

What's up with the website redesign? Are we no longer able to top up the account by scanning a code on the website? I can't find the option anywhere. It's just an empty wallet now. If we have to send funds to their stupid BitPay wallet in order to deposit to the debit card, that will suck. It unnecessarily adds an expense, whereas before topping up was free.

But if I just go to bitpay.com and log in, I get a new page layout with almost zero options. I hope that's not a sign of things to come.

yea they made changes...if u google login in its fine if not the main page is different looks like only shows payment transactions....If you see the top page "personal dashboard" and click on that sub category it takes you to normal site layout just like the old...just an update

No. I tried to link my card to paypal and it wouldn't let me. Maybe it's just me. I don't know. Maybe try linking the bitpay card as a checking account because it does have a routing number I think.

For us guys who use it daily it’s a blessing the no cash back as it keeps card alive.....way to many idiots doing max atm withdrawals daily ect if continued would of had good chance of ending card I think...

As far as the WM Money orders, if you got 2 or 3 Money orders that totaled $1000 or more would you need to give ID, etc if none of them individually were $1000 or more?
