    5Dimes 2 problems in 2 days...

    So yesterday I had a push on a baseball wager, that was graded as a loss. (I bet a small wager on a live in game for more hits in an inning) a measly $50 wager because I was bored. At the end of the inning hits were 1 to 1, and it was graded as a loss. I called and spoke to someone, and had to send them box scores from ESPN and MLB.COM after reviewing the person told me "sorry, walks don't count as hits" and I said "Do singles count as hits." And they had to transfer me to a manager who finally graded it as a push.

    Today I wake up to unwarranted charge on my ** Statement. Instead of it being the $250 deposit I made on Saturday it is $500. I asked them in live chat, and they agreed I made a $250 deposit, and when I asked why I was billed for $500 they told me I had to talk with validation services. Now I have to find time in the middle of the work day to call.

    I am not really sure what is going on over there, but has anyone else had either of these issues with them? I hit a large parlay for 7K and I feel like they are trying to get it back in every way possible.

    Used to play at 5D regularly, but I was constantly being given wrong names & locations for P2P deposits (I think 4 in a 6 week span) last year, and moved over to Heritage. 5D is a fine book though, I don't think they'd be trying to "stick it to you" because of a 7k hit. They have bigger fish to fry, so to speak. I don't think you have a reason to be worried. Talk to them & sort it out. If something like this happens again, then it may be time to abandon ship.

    Yeah thanks for the advice, more annoyed about the waste of my time, and the incompetent help. Will update after I speak with them, I am sure it will be fine.

    Now bank is charging double for casino transactions... you deposit $500 and bank took $1,000, the 4500 holded is returned or unfreezed after 20 days of they of transaction...

    I have read about one or two instances of people having mysterious CC charges show up after using it at 5Dimes. I'm sure someone with superior searching skills will be able to post the link. Could just be a processor error.

    So I spoke with 5dimes, they requested a copy of my bank statement to verify that I was not lying, and said that they will "credit my account" with the money if I am correct.

    So far in this MLB season, about 10 times, 5dimes has made mistakes in grading my MLB player prop tickets. So yeah, check your tickets especially MLB props. I only have this problem with MLB props.

    OK so an update:

    5DIMES reviewed my statement and claims that the $500 charge is still "pending" and has not yet gone through. They said that banks can sometimes overcharge you, and then credit the difference back to your account once it clears. It sounds extremely fishy to me, and I told them I was going to continue to monitor it. Hopefully the outcome is good and fair.

    I had a similar thing happen about 5-6 weeks ago. I tried to make a deposit and it said denied, tried to make another deposit and it said same thing.......logged into bank account and it showed the money taken.....after 2 or 3 days of phone calls where they said they were waiting to hear from the **** processing company, I sent them a copy of the bank statement showing the transactions after they cleared they credited my account with both deposits.....Hopefully you get same results
