So yesterday I had a push on a baseball wager, that was graded as a loss. (I bet a small wager on a live in game for more hits in an inning) a measly $50 wager because I was bored. At the end of the inning hits were 1 to 1, and it was graded as a loss. I called and spoke to someone, and had to send them box scores from ESPN and MLB.COM after reviewing the person told me "sorry, walks don't count as hits" and I said "Do singles count as hits." And they had to transfer me to a manager who finally graded it as a push.
Today I wake up to unwarranted charge on my ** Statement. Instead of it being the $250 deposit I made on Saturday it is $500. I asked them in live chat, and they agreed I made a $250 deposit, and when I asked why I was billed for $500 they told me I had to talk with validation services. Now I have to find time in the middle of the work day to call.
I am not really sure what is going on over there, but has anyone else had either of these issues with them? I hit a large parlay for 7K and I feel like they are trying to get it back in every way possible.
