It's a Turkish BetConstruct book. Made bad experiences with these kind of books in 5 out of 5 cases.

I understand the thinking, a lot of people think the same way. But talking to books quite a bit has led me to believe it genuinely makes no difference at most places.

It's kind of annoying to some books when players keep taking small amounts without betting in between... like they are trying to leave un noticed. Just costs the book in time and more fees than it should and in 90% of cases the amount of withdrawal, or whether it is the entire balance or not, genuinely won't make a difference.

Lonnie might be able to chime in with more about Betnano specifically, but personally I would always just go with the full balance, or at least most of it, in this situation.

I see a Turkish site reviewing them said " It is managed by Betnano Universal Software Solutions NV. Licensed as AntillePhone License Verification License 9663 / JAC2036-058. BetConstruct is used as the site sub-structure."

I had sent one withdrawal request, and they rejected that and told me I must complete the rollover of the bonus, I lost the bonus in first steps and I thought that by losing it I must not do the rollover anymore. In another site it was not this way. now I must complete the rollover first.

Betting is illegal in Iran, so there is no legal sportsbook in Iran. and popular bookmakers don't work with Iranian users, because of bank transfer and proxy problems with Iran.
So there are too many Iranian peoples who want to bet, and there is no reliable sportsbook. it's really good market for bookmakers to make money of!
For example I'm 90% sure that Betcart is Iranian site, and it was the best choice for Iranian users until yesterday's update, the site is awful now!

I deposited only 20 euro to test the site. and my only fault was that I claimed 50% welcome bonus.
they told me the bonus will be mine if it has rollover 11 times with odds higher than 1.8, I lost the bonus in first bets. and I thought that the rollover is not necessary anymore.

I placed some bets and after that I sent a withdrawal request of 50 euro, they rejected my request and when I asked the reason they told me that I must play in sports book 98 euro with odds higher than 1.8 to complete bonus conditions.

so I did this and I sent another withdrawal request for 80 euro yesterday(my balance was 180 euro). they approved it in the morning and told me that money will transfer to my bank account in 1-6 hours. after that I saw my balance and I noticed that my balance is 180 euro again, and the request was rejected. I contacted the live support and asked for the reason. they told me that technical team is checking and they will tell me what is the problem.

after 6 hours they sent me this message:
" you have cheated in betting system to release bonus. and you have violated bonus requirements.
your account is closed. your last deposit will be returned to your bank account. and if you try to create another account in our site , your deposited account will be blocked."
and when I asked about what cheat I was doing, the support told me that I cashed out my bets with odd 1.65 for bonus rollover, as I know cash out is not calculated in rollovers! but they insist that I did all the rollover with cash out, and this is not true at all! I don't have any access to my bets, so I can't put the screenshots here.

they returned my deposit to my bank account and confiscated my winnings.

I know this 160 euro is nothing and is very small money, but they can't waste my time.

I think any book that calls this "cheating" is just showing that they are unreasonable and intentionally looking for ways to freeroll players. Their extensive terms also make it obvious they are like this too.

Even if you lose the bonus you still must complete the associated rollover before withdrawing. It only resets if the account balance reaches zero. So they are correct by their terms that you broke rollover conditions if you made bets at odds worse than 1.80.

But any book who allows players to make out of range bets should only be treating them as not valid for rollover calculation. Not "cheating".

yes I didn't know this rule, and when they told me I agreed and did all they asked for.
I have the record of all of my bets and their odds after that in excel, and I am 100% sure that I had rollover 100 euro with odd 1.8 and higher without any cashout.
and I have some other bets that I placed and I have cashed them out with small win or lose. and I don't count them in my rollover at all.

I don't know whats that 1.65 they talk about, there is another bonus in their site that rollover is above 1.65, but I did not claim that bonus.
