When limited at most Betconstruct bookies, you can still bet some decent amounts (250+) on big markets like international soccer or the Premier League.

Option 2 is to go to their casino, find a slot with a high payout (98% +, check online to find the numbers) and roll over the deposit that way. You shouln't lose too much in the process.

No impossible, i had limits on NHL 0,15 cents etc. On premier league max 2-3euro per bet and time for finish was 15days. Absolutely nonsense to complete roll. And no this bonus was for sports , casino can not count rollover unfortunatelly i asked for this.

I only got the first part of your story. They capped you to 10 EUR max bet on most markets, okay. But why did they void your winnings then and send you back only the deposit? Did you ask for that move?

I mean, you still had the chance to complete the rollover albeit under very hard conditions.

So again, 03.02.2018 i opened account, verify account, deposited 100eur via skrill, claim 100% bonus up to 100eur with 20 x roll....i placed 4 bets ,2 wins 2 losses, after last won they give me limit and max limit i saw was 6 eur on 1,32 odds on champions league, time to roll 15days. So in real world , no chance to rollover with small stakes......one reason - Premier leauge and other BIG leaguses play just on weekend or so. Not every day. And on other sports as hockey , NHL finland leauge etc. limit 0,15 cents . So how can i roll this bonus? No time and no limits. It is possible to roll with 10eur bets and more time. I asked them for higher limits or sending full balance to me . But they still answered with classic sentence about T and C . They offer me to send deposit and i agree with it ,because it is better than suspend account with full balance . Again, with 0,15 or so limits is impossible to roll bonus till 15days. For example, on french ligue 1 was limits about 1eur......

I made complaint same day as i get limit, but i don"t receive any answer from Curacao or SBR about it. And i know that chance to get my winnings are little, but maybe next peoples will be warn from my case and don"t open accounts with them.

Same thing happened to me on Vitalbet, i made complaint and i contacted curacao, but no answer no response.

This will make it difficult to do much.

If you find yourself in this position again, it's best to ask for a pro-rated payout instead of a deposit return. Betconstruct books will do this if they really have limited you to a level that makes rollover impossible.

Probably the best thing is not to take any bonus on any BetConstruct sites. Hard enough to withdraw money from them. But with a bonus involved it seems like things are getting really complicated.

Yes i know , but problem is that bookies in past had afraid from SBR , but today is situation different. They don"t have fear from bad reviews or forums, gaming commisions do nothing for protection of clients ...I had same problem with Vitalbet bookie, i made complaint on sbr and curacao and i don"t received any answer or information !!!nothing that i can do it......they close my account with 1666eur -end of story

matko we have looked into this situation carefully and have been in contact with vbet directly. The book has stated their case clearly as have you. After processing the information this is a closed case and that in fact you have had your initial deposit returned to you as you agreed.

and in my own experience you should never take bonus in any betconstruct site.

Exactly the same situation and after several bets I made limits with which it is impossible to win back the bonus! They use a fraudulent scheme, lure players with a bonus, then limit bet so that the player cannot win it, the player does not have time and his money disappears!

I didn't even get a chance to place any bets there. I was trying to verify my account before making a deposit and they wouldn't accept a black and white bank statement, for address verification. All other bookmakers have accepted this same bank statement.

If you send in a sportsbook complaint form with the details a dispute agent can look at it and let you know what might be possible.
