I don't want them to identify my screen name here, so some irrelevant info will be altered slightly.

Long story short, MB said they are under new management and thus needed some documents before I could make a withdrawal. As the utility bills here are not in my name, they said I was allowed to send in my name and address on parcels I would receive soon.

Unfortunately, the parcels took a bit longer than expected to come in, and MB seemed to get impatient for no apparent reason, and suspended my account. The parcels came in yesterday, and today I scanned and sent MB the information.

I am a bit angry that they suspended my account without even a warning, costing me about $200 in wins I had planned. I had that account for years, and all of a sudden they now put me on the clock because I requested a withdrawal.

Anyway, how long would it usually take for them to process this information? Is is a <24h thing, or am I looking at a couple of weeks?
