bwin account is disable...

can someone help on this

i have ask the outpayment on 4th May for $2500 usd.and today when i try to login my bwin account today and received an error message
"This account has been disabled. Please contact our Support Team."
and i called the customer service and the lady tell me that this account is disable by the security department.
i have almost $6000 usd in my account.
can anyone tell me what can i do.
also,i have already send my id and bank information to bwin long times ago.
