Maintenance for Pinnacle (for accounts using Asian Connect), error message?

      AC is my agent. I asked customer service why lots of people still can't withdraw and she said that every day more and more accounts get fixed, so...

        I did not receive funds - did they send you an e-mail informing about the possibility of a withdrawal or did you request a fresh withdrawal today?

            No email, just asked support if withdrawals were possible. They said "the Pinnacle system is now sufficiently stable, so they can make a transfer from my credits".

            Note I did not withdraw, I asked a transfer from some of my funds to a different book.

              Hello Andrew, yes i did, i withdrawed 10 K (from balance of 40K), as i see no utility to keep as much money on this new Pinbet88 website , which is a disaster for betting, especially in-play

                  Finally its working on a Saturday, but my experience using the new site is awful. Takes ages to do anything, doesnt remember fav leagues, cant have 2 screens open etc etc etc. Just really poor, worse than any other betting site I have ever used. Disappointed.

                    There you can say all that doesn't work on that new site and has to be improved ! I can't believe PinnacleSports will leave us with that awful site, so all your comments will be welcomed, hoping Pinnacle will note our comments and do something to improve their site!

                      Finally I could make a withdraw at the end of 17th day of waiting

                      I am using AC and they opened me new Pin Bet account and moved my balance from old Pin Bet account to new one. Then AC said you can make withdraw now. Then I could give a 7500 EUR withdraw order.

                      It seems they are going examining accounts one by one.

                        I guess its just a waiting game for me then....no worries with not getting our money I guess....

                            hey guy's I have transferred my balance to sbobet out of pinn they have let me do this I will withdraw Monday when i have a free withdraw will post once done hope things happen for you soon Andrew I am a lot happier now I have transferred I have lost faith in pinn for now

                                            Well I sign into my account today and I see the correct balance! I'm so excited I contact AC to see if my account is ready to go, after a long wait, they said no...your account still doesn't tally up on both sides...argghhh!!
                                            Then I said, well whats the number you think I should have? If its off my anything less than 100 euros I don't care...I'll round down to save time...they said, sorry sir both sides have to tally up.
                                            I knew it wasn't going to get anywhere for me to keep going so then I said alright, thanks for your help...
                                            guess it should be soon now...I just hope I'm not getting excited for nothing...lol

                                                Is it normal i can't find any sport/line on PinnacleSports at the moment?? Am i the only one??My agent seems to ignore there's an issue at the moment? Are you experiencing same issue as me??

                                                        A manager from AsianConnect88 has contacted SBR to give an update.

                                                        They say only 6 accounts remain problematic.

                                                        AC88 say they think these last few will be sorted out soon but are totally in the hands of the Pinbet88 site techs and cannot say for sure still.

                                                        They re-assure that you will definitely have access to all your money again Andrew.


                                                        There is no news on site improvements as yet.

                                                          Until now your account still under investigation but we have xxxxxxx EUR on our record we can now transfer it to new account and the remaining balance until in wil fix will be remain once everything is generated we can transfer all the remaining.

                                                              after ten years of having a pinnacle account and at least 20 withdrawals, i've been reading the posts here and fruitlessly been trying to log into my account for 2 weeks. I finally emailed pinnacle and they said in order to "restore" my account i would have to provide id, including a picture of my face including legible photo id. They could have at least emailed me and told me what was going on, if i hadn't been reading here i wouldn't have had a clue what was going on. Has anyone else been asked for id to restore their account???? and to take a picture of myself holding the id seems a bit much.

                                                                  It sounds like you have a direct Pinnacle account if Pinnacle have responded to you directly asking for documents so this wouldn't be linked to the issues in this thread as this thread is all to do with agent accounts. If I were you though, I would have contacted Pinnacle after the first or second problem trying to login and within hours of discovering the problem, not wait 2 weeks.

                                                                  If they're asking for photo holding ID they must be suspicious about multi accounting or something. I've heard some bookies asking for photo holding ID but that's generally the dodgy bookies and haven't heard that request before with Pinnacle so they must have significant concerns with your account. You could ask Pinnacle why all of a sudden they need photo holding ID but they'll probably refuse to tell you and just say it's for security purposes, and their regulator won't step in the way of this sort of request however much it breaches privacy etc so the bottom line is that you have no choice but to be forced to send what they're demanding if you want them to unlock your account.

                                                                    This thread is not about Pinnacle.com accounts.

                                                                    They may not reach out to you about verification issues for a variety of reasons. Presenting a message when you try to login is quite normal and avoids the risk of helping a fraudster with more information on whats going on.

                                                                    Photo ID held next to your face is 2nd level KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure and quite common.

                                                                    If you are a regular player there is likely nothing to worry about.
