Interbook Transfers allow you to send funds to and from other sportsbooks. Funds are transferred almost instantly, and Matchbook charges no fee for this service. Restrictions: minimum $100 transfer; one time roll over requirement before withdrawing.

To transfer funds, simply send an e-mail addressed to both Matchbook and the partnering book. You must include the following information: your name, your username at both books, and the amount you wish to transfer.

I highlighted the necessary parts above. It is a 1x rollover. I completed the 1x rollover from my WSEX account and now they are telling me I need to do 2x. I asked "Christopher" in chat where customers could see this clearly written. Because hey, maybe I didnt see it. He informs me, it is NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE FOR THE PLAYER TO SEE. The only thing shown is a 1x rollover and now they are not letting me withdraw!!!!!!!!!!!

Mods, PLEASE link this to other appropriate forums like sportsbooks and industry.

Pathetic they were down 4-5 hrs yesterday and try to pull this shit today.

to tell you the truth, im really not sure. I know for a fact i completed my 1x rollover. This is because they told me in email what i had left in the 2x rollover (which is ovb. lower than what the 1x rollover was). They email me and tell me it cannot be completed because i now have to do a TWO X rollover. Of which "christopher" in chat confirmed it. I threatened him that I would go to SBR for this and he said sorry that I feel I have to go this route. I mean wtf it is clearly stated on their page what the requirements are?!?!??!?!?

I did comply with their wishes AND i did win the games tonight for a profit and should now be able to withdraw

However, this thread no longer helps me in any way, but just a note to people out there... be careful as to what matchbook SAYS is the withdrawal requirement because you might EASILY get something different in email once u request.

(also, I would like to thank SBR and the people that replied in the WSEX thread which lead me to transfer my money from WSEX to matchbook in the first place)

However, I let this be known to SBR and the SBR community as to what they have done.

Edit: also i am kind of drunk and happy with the win. i did not check for errors and sentences of stupidity so srry for that
