Am i getting jerked around by BetEd?

I tried to withdraw 2 weeks ago and they just put the money back into my account saying there was an error with the bank information and the withdrawal request could not be fulfilled.

I called and they said to check with my bank and verify that no info had changed.

I did so and BetEd offered no guidance besides saying to try it again.
I asked them if they could send me a western union but they said they couldn't do that because I didn't deposit that way(GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE).

So i put the withdrawal through again and I guess ill find out in two weeks if it makes a difference.

If it doesn't work do you think if I make a small money transfer to BetEd I will be able to take all of my money out through a western union?

Is the name and address on the bank account exactly the same as your BetED info?

They are wacky in some of their decisions, but they are usually pretty good with e-Checks assuming all info is correct and belonging to the actual account holder.
