    Need help in making sportsbook.com PAY ME!!
    Heres the deal, Durring football season I made over 10k off a initial 50 dollar deposit. Cashed out 7500 of it and they send me 3 checks. Deposited them in my bank and my bank called to verify the validity of said checks and found out all to be fraudulent. All 3 checks were drawn off of well known banks. My bank returns all 3 checks to me, I inform sportsbook.com by email and they tell me to fax the returned checks so I do. They then tell me they need the legal copies or a letter from my bank stating why they didnt deposit the checks. The legal copies of the checks they state is this:

    "A substitute check is a special paper copy of the front and back of an original check. The substitute check may be slightly larger than the original check. Substitute checks are specially formatted so they can be processed as if they were original checks. The front of a substitute check should state: "This is a legal copy of your check. You can use it the same way you would use the original check."

    I contact my bank and since they never deposited the checks they never made this "substitute check". I inform Sportsbook of that and then they tell me send a letter from the bank. Well i did that also and anytime I email them I continually get the same response.. Its like they just cut and paste a statement every single time so frustrating.. So on sunday I do their live chat deal online and heres the transcript:
    info: Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are currently customer 1 in queue. Thank you for your patience.
    info: Hello, my name is Andre Sanderson. How may I help you today?
    You: Yes I have received 2 fraudulent checks from you guys.. My bank closed my account and sent these checks back to me. I have faxed the information over several times and still your company is refusing to pay me
    Andre Sanderson: Please bear with me for a moment while I look into this...
    Andre Sanderson: I have on my notes that we received the copies of those checks but we need the legal copy that the bank mailed you.
    You: yes that is what was sent. When i asked my bank for the legal copy this is my response I received:
    *I deleted the email I showed my friend andre here due to it having personal information*
    Andre Sanderson: Please bear with me for a moment while I look into this...
    Andre Sanderson: I reviewed the copies that you sent and all faxes are with the copies of the checks that we sent you, there are not legal copies from the bank.
    You: The bank never deposited the checks because they called the banks they were issued and were told they were fraudulent. They sent both checks back to me and closed my account
    You: I have the original copies of the checks
    You: and a letter stating why they were returned to me
    You: You guys are making this out to be my fault.. How is it my fault that your company sent me fraudulent checks?
    You: I just want to be paid for my winnings.
    Andre Sanderson: Do you sent the bank explanation why they did not cash out the checks.?
    You: Yes I spoke to them over the phone and they told me they called the Banks the checks were issued from and were told both checks were fraudulent
    You: I spoke with the bank manager
    You: The number on the check for the payment processor isn't even correct. They called "Bank" and "Bank"
    Andre Sanderson: We need the letter from the bank explaining why they did not cash the checks.
    You: I sent you the letter
    You: I faxed it
    Andre Sanderson: I am going to send an email to the withdrawal department in order to get this reviewed again since I based explanation on the last comments so I will mention this again and let see what is next. I truly apologize for this inconvenience Jeremy.
    You: You do see the letter I faxed correct?
    You: It states why they were not deposited.
    Andre Sanderson: Yes I see that we got the letter.
    You: Ok so my payment should be processed correct?
    You: I have sent all the required information and continually get the "run around" in emails stating the same thing over and over from your company
    Andre Sanderson: Yes we are going to contact the processor in order to get the money re deposited on the account, once the money is there you can request this again and we will put this as high priority. Also if you send the bank information we can wire the funds directly to your account.
    You: Ok so what is the next step for me?
    Andre Sanderson: I have forwarded your request to the relevant department in ticket # LTK61302545995Xfor review.
    As soon as an update becomes available you will be contacted via email. You can expect a reply within 12-48 hours, depending on volume.
    You: ok thank you.
    Andre Sanderson: You're very welcome.
    Andre Sanderson: Thanks for chatting. Have a nice day.


    It has been well past 48 hours and no response. Everytime I email them I get the same response of "We need you to ask your bank the legal copy of the check they won’t have any problem provide you this information. Please sent it at the earliest convenience. We appreciate your cooperation.".. I Do not know what to do. Anyone that has delt with this company please help me out to get paid. And please do not respond with "you should have used ***********" because I would have used that if it were a option to me.. They refused to give me the invite. This has been going on since January. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
