                I have had no problems whatsoever since Saturday, but others have said they were down on Sunday-Monday. Maybe regional?

                      Damn down again.

                      Their mobile site worked fine for me, and first time i used it but shit is impossible to navigate. I was looking to fill an open parlay and couldn't even figure out how to do that. Seemed like straight bets were only menu option.

                                            I guess you like shabby customer service, waiting until 30 seconds before the 2nd half begins before you get their 2nd half lines and you must really love winning 20% of the hands in their casino. Very top notch.

                                              The sad thing is that with online gambling in the US, all a book needs to do is be able to pay and they are considered top notch. I would love to see some competition so that books worked on customer service and actually had legit casino's.

                                                Check those Heritage Balances Today

                                                I logged into my account this morning and tried to place a wager. I get a message that tells me the amount I'm trying to wager exceeds my balance of zero. I check my account history and it says a zero balance as they put a debit on there to zero out my account with the comment "zero account balance" under description. It was done at 9:27 this morning. I called and got a nice guy named Bruce who put me on hold and says it was fixed and was a computer glitch. I asked for more details that he couldn't provide. He then transfers me to a supervisor named Gabe. This guy could give a rat's behind about helping anyone. I asked what happened and he says "we took your money, we now fixed it, what's the problem". I explained it is a bit alarming to see my money gone. His response in a nutshell was that shit happens. Not a once does Gabe even think about apologizing for the inconvenience. Check those account balances today guys.

                                                    I was shocked as well. I have been a very faithful loser there for many years way before Bet Jamaica went down. Gabe is the only one I ever have any problems with. I just wish they were honest with me instead of saying a computer glitch just affected me. And a simple I'm sorry would have been nice instead of his screw off attitude.

                                                      You want them to apologize like they are running a Bed Bath and Beyond chain where the customer comes first??

                                                      This isn't an ethical business guys. As long as they fix their mistakes and pay me on time when I make a withdrawal I could care less if there was a message that said: "we hope you fukkin lose" as a confirmation message when I place a bet

                                                          Spedizzo, if people aren't going to talk about issues with books then why even have an SBR website? This isn't the first complaint about Gabe. I've spoken to him with bigger issues. The guy could care less about anything.

                                                            I don't have any personal experience with Gabe but everyone else I have spoken to there when a small issue arises has been excellent.

                                                            Perhaps Gabe just comes off as a bit brash and it's his personality. Not everyone is going to offer you a wet wipe for your ass.
