Book to Book transfers are the best thing for any sportsbook, it costs them nothing if they both have an agreement.

Hostile industry, bad american goverment, blah blah blah...
but you guys are no better, make the customer pay for it.
Neteller is no problem at all with all other top class books iam using, you could at least wipe the fees for transfering my money out.

I do not want to set up a Moneybookers account only because of Bookmaker/DSI, would you want to do that?
It'll be your decision sir to open it or not, but trust me, we do not have these constant updates on deposit/payout methods to piss our customers, it's all to follow the regulations in order to protect the customers which in the end will come out as profit to the company. In regards to the fees they might be a little bit high but that's what's charged in most sportsbooks and they do it to protect the bankroll of course, besides, there's some bureaucracy involved into the matter and bank fees as well, that's why of all this.

Name another sportsbook with fees even 50% of what CRIS group charges for B2B transfers.

I´ll translate this for my fellow forum readers:
Bookmaker/DSI don´t want you to win and take money out, they make you think twice and hope in the end you will put that money into play again rather then withdrawal.

And stop lying about other books having similiar b2b fees.

I am really intersted to learn something about this "international regulations" because Neteller and other big books seem to be clueless about those as much as I am. Feel free to give some details.

You making false claims if there are no such "international regulations".

As of right now all we can tell you is that we will not be offering Neteller Due to Processor Issues / regulations that OUR company is working on. We are not speaking for any other books or for Neteller. But we are here to help and we are offering many other options to withdraw or deposit if this is the method you have been using. Please bare with us while this is taken care of, Neteller is useful for all not just Customers but while it is unavailable you guys will need to try and use the other methods that we offer you.

Wow iam starting to get tired of the CS guys sweet talk here.
If i could use Neteller still, payouts would be FREE on fridays.

              If i would use a b2b transfer, i pay ~4%.
Does NEteller charge you a fee for withdrawals? Yes iam sure they do.
But again, there is 1 free on friday, so why can´t i get a free b2b for the same amount each week?
There is only 1 answer: greed, the desire to keep the customers "bankroll", and the dislike of giving another book money that could be put in play at your book. Great attitude for a -110 shop, very impressive.

To set things straigh we do apologize, but at the time that Neteller lost the license to offer service in Germany, which is why we cannot offer it any more, gives us very little chance to offer this method of payment to our customers any more. Much as happened with Neteller's license in the US.

That doesn't answer as to why are only CRIS taking this action, whilst other books continue to support Neteller for Germans?

We are unaware as how other books are handling this man... I am just stating that we are not able to offer this method of payment as it has gone out of our hands to control. It is not our company that wants to take it down as an option as I already said

We are back at the start, either Bookmaker/DSI or Neteller are lying.
Because when i asked Neteller, they do not know about such a thing, and i requested a bank transfer to my german bank and got it nps.

Here is my wild guess. I've read a year or so ago, that Germany is planning to ban online casinos, but allow legal online sportsbetting. This may be happening right now and a big company like CRIS wants in (license-wise), which is understandable. The drawback is that those strict Germans require clear money flow up to the penny. Neteller can't offer this, as they operate their debit card for quick and practically anonymous withdrawals.

I would like to see this question answered, as it has been a long time problem with the CRIS family. Do they actually believe their interbook fees are in line with the rest of the industry?
