I just got to rant and give ppl heads up before make same mistake. I requested a payout . On there webpage it says u get a free payout if u leave 30% in account. So I just asked for800. They paid me but charged me 80 bucks. I then asked why I got charged. They said I didnt put a note saying "free payout" and they told me they cant credit the account after the fact. You joking right. I went from having a good experience and liking this book to now just going withdrawal all my money and playing elsewhere. Plus since im not leaving 30% there going to charge me another 80 to withdraw. Customer service at its best.

#2I have a little experience with wagerweb (see other recent post). You're a little off in your description of how it works. You don't get a free payout every 30 days. The debit your account the $80 and give it back to you as a freeplay.
I've always put in my description that this is my free payout, but not being able to credit you an $80 freeplay sounds like BS. Their loyalty programs awards freeplays that I believe have to be approved (i.e it's not automatically placed there). I think this would be the first gaming operator in history that couldn't deliver a non-system generated freeplay.Comment -

#6Normally im more thorough about meeting terms and conditions but its normally in regards to rollover and like other stipulatiins of getting bonuses.
Never would I have thought of having a issue of a payout fee or not being able to resolve it. Its ridiculous that they cant just credit a freeplay because I forgot to put a note saying "free payout" . Logically if I have a available free payout, wouldnt I use it instead of paying 80 bucks. Apparently that logic doesnt make sense to wagerweb. Plus the only reason I went over there was my account was transferred from legends.Comment -

#7just withdraw 70% of the remaining amount. Then rebuild or lose the rest of the money. Either way it's still less than 80$Comment -

#8Btgorilla - I have been warning people about Wagerweb for months. They are the worst customer service. I too came over from legends. I was a happy customer with them for over 5 years.Comment -

They had it for awhile during MLB, but it kind of phased out.Comment -

#11Personally I think their customer service has come a long way from over the years. It wasn't horrible at any point, but you could tell they went through some soft skills training.
I don't disagree with your logic about they should expect you would want a free payout, but those are just the rules they go by.
Sorry you had a bad experience. The customer service reps are just following the directions given by management, I assume.Comment -

#16I went the check route and it took 3 months. It wasn't even a check, it was some $500 ** money orders totaling the cashout amount. Overall I like the book but $80 for a max payout of $800 is awfulComment -

#19I contacted them again and asked apparently its "impossible" to credit back fee after the fact. They told me next time just make sure to notify I want free payout in there comment/note section. Plus I found out technically its not a free payout they would take fee out and credit u 80 free play. Legends u picked a real winner to transfer your clients to.Comment -
