    wagerweb payout /customer service
I just got to rant and give ppl heads up before make same mistake. I requested a payout . On there webpage it says u get a free payout if u leave 30% in account. So I just asked for800. They paid me but charged me 80 bucks. I then asked why I got charged. They said I didnt put a note saying "free payout" and they told me they cant credit the account after the fact. You joking right. I went from having a good experience and liking this book to now just going withdrawal all my money and playing elsewhere. Plus since im not leaving 30% there going to charge me another 80 to withdraw. Customer service at its best.

I have a little experience with wagerweb (see other recent post). You're a little off in your description of how it works. You don't get a free payout every 30 days. The debit your account the $80 and give it back to you as a freeplay.

I've always put in my description that this is my free payout, but not being able to credit you an $80 freeplay sounds like BS. Their loyalty programs awards freeplays that I believe have to be approved (i.e it's not automatically placed there). I think this would be the first gaming operator in history that couldn't deliver a non-system generated freeplay.

Does Wager Web have Live betting. And if so how is it in comparison to some of the others out there?

          That part is incorrect.

Normally im more thorough about meeting terms and conditions but its normally in regards to rollover and like other stipulatiins of getting bonuses.
Never would I have thought of having a issue of a payout fee or not being able to resolve it. Its ridiculous that they cant just credit a freeplay because I forgot to put a note saying "free payout" . Logically if I have a available free payout, wouldnt I use it instead of paying 80 bucks. Apparently that logic doesnt make sense to wagerweb. Plus the only reason I went over there was my account was transferred from legends.

just withdraw 70% of the remaining amount. Then rebuild or lose the rest of the money. Either way it's still less than 80$

Btgorilla - I have been warning people about Wagerweb for months. They are the worst customer service. I too came over from legends. I was a happy customer with them for over 5 years.

They had it for awhile during MLB, but it kind of phased out.

Personally I think their customer service has come a long way from over the years. It wasn't horrible at any point, but you could tell they went through some soft skills training.

I don't disagree with your logic about they should expect you would want a free payout, but those are just the rules they go by.

Sorry you had a bad experience. The customer service reps are just following the directions given by management, I assume.

Even Sporstbook.ag pay faster by check than WagerWeb. Otherwise I do enjoy playing there.

Ha, I haven't played their since 1999. Good times, for the most part. What are their current payout timeframes? I recall receiving bank wires in a week, if that. Of course things were different back then.

I still have a pull over they sent me that works well in the rain.

that's because they want all the p2p fee's. I personally am ok with paying p2p fee's and think it kicks ass you can take one 5 days a week. I've had 20K profit before and blew because of a fat balance instead of betting a $200/ a game I was betting 2k. This was over at get bets with a 1k weekly withdrawl limit.

I went the check route and it took 3 months. It wasn't even a check, it was some $500 ** money orders totaling the cashout amount. Overall I like the book but $80 for a max payout of $800 is awful

I contacted them again and asked apparently its "impossible" to credit back fee after the fact. They told me next time just make sure to notify I want free payout in there comment/note section. Plus I found out technically its not a free payout they would take fee out and credit u 80 free play. Legends u picked a real winner to transfer your clients to.

No red tape, you pull all your cash out via p2p at $80 a pop and get it daily like clockwork, that's the way they choose to operate, yes it's pretty sad to not cut checks in a timely manner but this is no secret they only wanna do p2p.
