Makes no sense. I deposited with Heritage. Done with DSI. DSI is just too dumb to know that I am willing to give them piles of my cash that I am sure to lose. I'm tired of begging them to answer simple questions.

Whoops scratch what I just wrote. I only thought the other 3 were available in this thread but a poster posted about this code in the thread earlier. Anyway if u haven't got these codes yet your just wasting a free $900 of freeplays from an A+ book for football season.

UK customer. I signed up. Was told that vis a card ok for bonus (Neteller and MB don't qualify).
But card keeps getting rejected, even though it is good. My bank says no problem at their end.
DSI CS not a clue how I can get this to work. Frustrating.

Withdrawals are not sent back to your depositing card like 5Dimes. DSI's best withdrawal option is their 3rd party DC...You can not use bonus code if you had a recent payout, need to wait 30 days from your last withdrawal to be eligible.

No response is normal, they have until Halloween to place Super Bowl free play into your account.

BetDSI pulled a bait and switch on me with this bonus offer. They got me to reload my busted account with a wire transfer, but now they have reneged and said I was never eligible. The worst part is that it took almost 10 days and talking to like 5 different people before I was given even a hint that they would not be giving me the bonus they had promised. Bizarre behavior by a highly rated book... be careful.

It looks like my only recourse is to file a complaint with SBR.

Edit: To be clear, I was emailed about the "300%" bonus, but after calling them about it on the phone, we settled on a 25% free play with 6x rollover for a 5K wire. Pretty sad they won't honor a 25% FREE PLAY with 6X rollover. This industry is really going to shit.

if you zero out the balance but still have freeplays, I assume you're still stuck with the rollover until you lose all the fp as well, right?

Withdrawal fees are very high. Going off memory, I think it is $60 for a max $2500 check. You can check their site to see all the fees. You don't get any free withdrawals.

Last time I requested a check was about 3-4 months ago, but it came quickly.

Who even uses that way anymore. Use the much faster easier method they have and it is barely peanuts to withdraw. Just send them all the info they need for it and your good u get your $ in a day and it works for all there sites.

Their site says 7-15 business days. When I have requested checks, they have never been late. That was months back, but I have no reason to believe they are having any delays now.

Yeah thats it best option for them. Mods will say something if we get to much into specific methods here. But do it, i love getting paid in a day most of the time.
